We rent out an annex/skipper's room that is located as a side building to the main house. Separate with private entrance and patio. Good standard with kitchen, bathroom, vestibule, living room and sleeping loft. Direct exit to sunny patio/garden with seating area, sunbeds and gas grill. Quiet and peaceful villa area with 300 m to the lake with great swimming areas, marina and the beautiful archipelago in Færder National Park. Possibility of agreement on rental of guest pass in local boat association.

The property is located in the middle of Halden city center with immediate proximity to EVERYTHING. The cottage is well equipped, but towels, linen and hand soap and shampoo are not included. Linen and towels can be rented. Please inform host 2-3 days upon arrival.
