The house is located by itself on the beach, and here is idyllic, peace and quiet. The cottage is located in the middle of nature, and you will wake up to the sound of waves and wildlife close by. Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Bed linen, linens and towels are included in the price. Breakfast can be purchased. Within walking distance is Himmerland Football Golf and open garden by appointment. On starry nights, you can experience the starry sky from the bed through the studio windows in the roof. During the day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and fjord casts over the landscape. On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

The view down to the lake is a beautiful panoramic picture, which visually changes from hour to hour throughout the day. Feel free to swim in and sail on the lake, where you can be lucky to see otters. Around the area around the lake, you can also be lucky to see deer, fallow deer, hares and other animals and birds. This natural gem must be experienced!

Enjoy the tranquility in our simple but cozy shed trailer. It has beautiful nature, with views of horses and wildlife. Great hiking tours. Possibility to buy breakfast. Electricity and heating in the wagon. In the shed trailer, there is a camping toilet, a refrigerator, a sink, and the possibility to make coffee and tea. There are folding chairs for outdoor use. They are located under the cart. Feeding the horses is not allowed. Neither with grass, leaves, carrots, or anything else. Smoking is not allowed in the trailer.

"Aftægtshuset" is a home of 80 m2, of which 50 m2 is used by AirB&b guests. 2 beds with the possibility of additional bedding. Bathroom and kitchenette with refrigerator. Note that there is no stove. Try, for example, a hike on the Himmerland Trail, a fishing trip at the beautiful Simested Å, or visit the lovely Rosenpark and activity park. The area also offers exciting museums.
