Had a pleasant stay overall! The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and the location is very convenient—there’s a supermarket right downstairs, which made cooking easy. The kitchen is decently stocked, though a few essentials like oil, salt, and sugar were missing. The space itself is aesthetically done and quite comfortable. The bed placement is nice, but being under the fan would’ve made it cooler—both the fan and AC struggle a bit with cooling the entire room. The TV is massive, but just note that you’ll need to log in with your own Netflix/Prime accounts, as subscriptions aren’t provided. Would’ve appreciated an iron and a hair dryer, but these weren’t available. Despite these small things, I highly recommend this place! The building has a gym and a pool, which were a great bonus. Vishal was responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

The best part of my experience was Tanuja Ma’am’s thoughtful care — she stayed in touch and ensured we were comfortable and safe all the way until we reached back home. That kind of genuine concern really stood out and made us feel truly valued. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a caring team!

I recently visited Goa with my family, and staying at Shilpa's home truly felt like a slice of paradise. The place had every amenity we could possibly need, and Shilpa herself was incredibly warm, welcoming, and quick to respond. She even went above and beyond by letting us check in 3–4 hours early, which was a huge help. The room was spotless and cozy, and we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by another charming guest, Kalu the cat! He’s absolutely adorable and such a sweetheart. Our experience with both Shilpa and Kalu was wonderful, and I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. If you're new to Goa, don’t hesitate to ask Shilpa for local recommendations; hers were spot-on and really enhanced our trip.

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Best Place u will find , its even better then the pictures …. Very picturesque and aesthetically designed home Highly recommended! Only cons is that its little remote i.e only attraction around is parra road and u can do nothing much by strolling (lesser food options around all 2-3kms away) Minus this things its the best and go ahead booking it without any second thoughts !

Myself and 8 friends had a fantastic stay during our time in Candolim. The receptionist staff were so helpful in recommendations and taxi organisation and the cleaning staff kept the villa incredibly clean. The villa was beautiful with stunning decor, it was clean and the amenities were great. Highly recommend for both friends or families! The villa is also located in a private complex which is very safe, it is a short trip from several beaches and local restaurants and bars. Couldn’t recommend more!

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. The careful selection of Sofa-cum-bed is what caters for a family of 04. Otherwise giest has to book for 02 bedrooms. This has helped to choose this location. The society is extreamly peaceful and the pool is very clean. it's good that care takers have kept the pool filtration on as per their laid down SOP and not based on guest using it. Great place

Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

It was a pleasant stay, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Beaches nearby, the balcony view is amazing. The parking is shaded and inside the property so feels very safe for own vehicles. Swimming pool is well maintained and it is really big swimming pool as in photos it looks small.

it was awesome place to stay. exactly like in photos. coming to prachi mam she was into next level, she never feels us like outsiders, she created a environment like we are staying in our own home. we r very impressed with her hospilitaity.. feels to visit again n again . tq so much mam
