Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Tivat Municipality

Hemos estado muy a gusto en el apartamento. El salón y las habitaciones son amplias, las camas son cómodas, la cocina es completa y tiene todo lo necesario, incluso una mesa para comer. El baño tiene ducha y una lavadora que es muy útil. Está todo muy limpio y agradable. En la zona exterior hay un pequeño porche con mesa y sillas. La zona es tranquila y tiene muy buenas vistas, aproximadamente a 2kms de la playa. Nosotros hemos estado visitando toda la bahía de Kotor desde allí, pero nunca hemos ido andando a la playa, pero vimos que había gente que iba andando a la playa. Tanto Jasna como su padre han sido muy amables y han puesto todo de su parte para que nos sintieramos a gusto. La gente de la zona era agradable. Recomendaría el apartamento, relación calidad precio perfecta.

Lovely family house, the most amazing and friendly hosts. They gave us some of their home made lemonade when we arrived and shared some of their stories from the area. Although we only stayed one night, we wished to have stayed longer. 1min from the sea for a nice dive in the water. Close by villages such as Kotor, good facilities in the house if you want to cook a meal yourself.

this place was amazing the hosts went out of their way to help us with every tiny detail. they sent a taxi to pick us up and helped us arrange tours. the house is beautiful. if you are even considering this location, this is the house for you. Dont hesitate. beautiful grounds. one of a kind.

We absolutely loved our stay at Daniel's & will definitely be back! Daniel was a super host always happy to help/advise when needed. Daniel is very friendly & hospitable. The apartment was superb & would definitely recommend. The location is perfect right in the middle of Kotor & Tivat with a bus service you can get on at the door. Plenty to do as well Restaurants, Boat Tours (which will pick you up on the private jetty) & close to local places to eat. Thanks Daniel from Kylie, Pete, Zane & Chloe

Домик на территории огромного участка с шикарным садом и деревьями. Красивый вид с террасы. Спасибо Василижке, очень отзывчивая, приятная и прекрасная. Нас ждал приветственный тортик, фрукты, сок и вино 🤩 Свозила меня в супермаркет, что бы я закупила необходимые продукты. Дом очень интересный, со своей историей. Две спальни, небольшая ванная комната и просторный зал с террасой. Чистая постель и полотенца, удобная кухонная утварь. Имеется тостер, диспенсер с водой, духовой шкаф и всё что необходимо для готовки. Кафе и рестораны также рядом, гулять по набережной одно удовольствие и близость к Portonovi. По необходимости можно взять полотенца для пляжа у хозяйки, это очень удобно. Дом находится на пригорке через дорогу от пляжа. Но, нам даже полезно было, вместо физической зарядки :) Сам город находится немного далековато, но это и здорово, здесь тишина и спокойствие, на автобусе остановок 5- 6, на такси 25-30 евро.

Balayı için bu villayı tercih ettik. Bunu bildikleri için bize sürpriz olarak güzel bir evlilik notu olan pasta almışlar. İnce bir davranıştı. Çok mutlu olduk. Havuz gayet temizdi. Evin eşyaları fazlasıyla yeterliydi. İhtiyaç duyulan her şey villada vardı. Bahçedeki sebze ve meyvelerden yemek harikaydı. Doğayla baş başa olmak huzurluydu. Yaz ayı olmasına rağmen gece şöminenin romantik havasını tattık. Mangal keyfi de ayrı bir aktive oldu. Villadaki yaşam konusunda her türlü yardımı sağladıkları için Tjina ve Ivan'a teşekkür ederiz. Şiddetle tavsiye ederiz. Tekrar görüşmek üzere....

Wow! An amazing experience at an amazing place. The lovely warm staff - Angela, Militsa, Danielle, Milanka and the wonderfully friendly cleaning staff gave us the best experience we’ve ever had in 20 years of holidaying in Europe. The food was out of the world - the Montenegrin sandwich and the beef burger were world class. Breakfast is so delicious it’s impossible to miss. Nothing bad to say, only great things. Perfection

Мы провели незабываемые 10 дней на вилле компанией из 8 человек. Дом расположен в небольшом посёлке, имеет собственный пляж- платформу с лежаками и зонтиками и лестницей в море. В пешей доступности ресторан средиземноморской кухни, небольшие ларьки с фруктами, мороженое. В нашем распоряжении был автомобиль, что позволило посетить ближайшие уютные города с большим выбором ресторанов и мест для прогулок. Хозяева виллы - замечательная семья, они всегда были на связи, отвечали на возникающие вопросы и давали рекомендации. Также помогли организовать трансфер и предоставили в аренду автомобиль. Планируем вернуться в Черногорию!

Svetlana's AirBnb is absolutely amazing. It has some of the most magnificent views that we have ever seen (from the porches of two of the bedrooms you have a panoramic view of the Bay of Kotor and the mountains beyond). The pool is wonderful and there is a sauna and shower nearby for changing. In addition to the spacious and comfortable house with 5 bedrooms, a living room and small kitchen, there is a separate small glass-enclosed enclosed gazebo\house that has a kitchen, a comfortable couch and a wonderful fireplace. For those who come with young children, there is a terrific play area for children (including a playhouse) and the pool has a shallow end for children. Svetlana was terrific and responsive to our requests and really helped us out when we had an issue unrelated to the rental. We highly recommend this beautiful and comfortable AirBnb.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse hos Zeljko! Rekommenderar att hyra bil för att åka på vackra utflykter och för att huset inte ligger på gångavstånd från affär. Huset var exakt som på bild med härlig natur runt om. Vi fick snabba svar från värden och jättebra rekommendationer. Vi hade fantastiska kvällar i poolen med solnedgången! Rekommenderar verkligen detta boende!

Absolutely incredible location with a private jetty and pool. Very peaceful with no crowds in the middle of summer. The house was comfortable for our family of 5 and Nikola made a big effort to support us with things needed for our 11month old. It was a very special holiday and a must if you are looking to enjoy magnificent Bay of Kotor.

The photos of the beautiful old farmhouse do not do it justice. It is absolutely stunning. So quiet and peaceful that you forget you are only 15 mins outside of Budva. The location of the house is perfect to visit Kotor, Perast, Budva, Sveti Stefan, Tivat and Lake Skadar. A hired car makes travelling around much easier but taxis are ridiculously cheap. Great care has been taken to make sure guests are comfortable. We were met by our fantastic host who told us the history of the house and we communicated through a translation app over a few shots of his homemade grape brandy. We will definitely be back again soon

Amazing house, very modern. Fully equipped kitchen, playstation 5, and what not. The host was so friendly, helped with everything. Highly recommended.
