House vacation rentals in Tivat Municipality

We stayed at the villa with our two children. We really enjoyed everything. The design is very bright and bold-you want to photograph every corner. We were the first guests, and everything was brand new, which was nice. The location is excellent-just a one-minute walk to several restaurants and beaches. The small private pool was a big hit with the kids. For the adults, the favorite spot was the rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the entire Bay of Kotor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Possible downside: there are four floors, so you'll be going up and down the stairs a lot.

A beautiful home, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The main bedroom is beautiful with all facilities as described. The balcony leading off this is a great place to have breakfast while watching the ships and boats on the bay. All bedrooms have very comfortable beds and with bathrooms as described. The kitchen has everything needed and with there’s a separate laundry room. The outside area is big and we used the BBQ one evening, a large dining area both inside and outside give you options depending upon the weather and time of year. In May we had sunny warm days and used the pool and sun loungers under Olive trees The blue line bus stops nearby for Kotor. Good restaurants 5- 10 minutes away by car/ taxi. Marko is an excellent host, he replies quickly with any questions and can recommend boat trips taxis etc. He does his utmost to help you always Book this home, it’s truly stunning ! We had a great time at this beautiful accommodation, with a beautiful view. The place is peaceful, it's ideal for relaxing. Adam was particularly welcoming and available, he helped us. We strongly recommend this place!

Evgeny's house has a million dollar view on the Kotor Bay and this itself is a good enough reason to spend holidays there. Everyone will surely enjoy breakfast at the balcony watching the ships and boats roll in and out or, if you wake up early, watch the sun rise above the Lovćen massif. The house is spacious and easily fit our family of 5. The swimming pool, although quite small but some 1.6m deep, is very refreshing and is a very cool feature. Adjacent to the pool there is a terrace offering a nice shadow under a tree and this is where you will probably spend most of the time. Of course the house is air conditioned. The house is in a quiet area so if you are looking for peace and silence, this is the place to go. You might probably hear some activity from the houses nearby, but the location of the house and the surrounding plants offer complete privacy. The neighbours are nice people anyway. The street leading to the house is very steep so I'd suggest to have a car at your disposal. Within the walking distance there is a restaurant or two, a small supermarket and a rocky beach, but I believe a car is a good idea to be able to move around Montenegro, which it certainly deserves. Also, you don't want to carry a 10kg watermelon by foot. There is a shadowed place to park a car under the terrace. The host is easily accessible by Internet communicators and should any problems arise at the house, there is a serviceman available nearby who'll fix things up. There is a washing machine in the basement as well as an iron, the kitchen is also adequately equipped. We all really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible house, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The house itself is beautifully designed, featuring spacious living areas and modern amenities. But the true highlight for me was the stunning pool! Relaxing by the poolside while soaking in the breathtaking views was an unforgettable experience. Whether it was day or night, the scenery was simply mesmerizing. The attention to detail and the warm hospitality of the staff made me feel right at home. They were always available to assist with any needs, giving me the perfect blend of privacy and support. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat! I can't wait to return!

We were a party of 6 people staying with Josip and Andrea and 2 people living in another place close by. The hosts were wonderful and friendly. They helped us out with anything we needed and frankly the place was much better in real life than what was shown in the pictures. No words or pictures can describe how wonderful of an experience it was, both staying with Josip and Andrea but also getting their help with exploring and seeing the true Montenegro.

We had a great time, in an idyllic place, feet in the water. Vuko welcomed us very warmly, was able to advise us for a good holiday. I would recommend this place, for a peaceful vacation, by the sea.

Amazing apartment, beautifully decorated, everything is new, impeccably clean. The apartment is literally 10 steps from the beautiful Waikiki beach. Excellent secluded location for a perfect relaxing holiday. The villa is located just a dozen yards from a small private beach accessed only by a few people. The water is very clean and there is plenty of fish, so having a mask is recommended to see them properly. We were staying in a bigger apartment on the second floor. The view from the balconies is amazing. The small kitchen in the apartment has a fridge, but doesn't have water. It is not meant for cooking - just for some snacks. We were given exclusive access to a separately standing kitchen/dining building. The hosts only speak Russian. I guess Google Translate can solve this problem, we know Russian, so it wasn't an issue for us at all. WiFi is rather unreliable, we have got Telenor SIM card costing 10€ which gave 500GB of mobile data and we all could share it. Local grocery shop is just a 10 minutes walk away, tourist registration office is about 5 minutes away from the shop. There is a very good bakery 5 minutes walk further. Walking from Idea shop to the sea one ends up on a pier which has a 9am service to Herceg Novi for just 6€ return. The boat is a bit slow and it takes about an hour to get there.

A lovely little apartment with a beautiful terrace! Perfect for 2-3 people, with great AC, and stocked kitchen. The steep drive up might be challenging for non-Montenegrins but there was parking space right below the street as well (about 20m from the entrance). A one-minute walk down to the water and super quiet location.

We absolutely loved our holidays at Jelena‘s place! The house was super clean, beautifully furnished and just next to the beach. The checkin & communication were very easy & friendly and Jelena was the perfect host. We will definitely book again, thank you so much!

Very nice Airbnb with a quiet beach offering a private atmosphere. The size of the apartment is spacious, even with five people, and doesn't feel overcrowded. The kitchen is also well-equipped for daily cooking. With a rental car, you can easily reach all the surrounding sights and places. The check-out was very flexible upon arrangement, and the host was always reachable. Highly recommended! :)

I am absolutely satisfied, the view from the balcony is amazing

The house is beautiful, every detail in it is well chosen, so the ambient is perfect! We spent there 14 wonderful days in house and green garden between autentical stone walls, under the kiwi's shade stone table and benches. It is good located, that gives you opportunity to explore Lustca peninsula, it's famous beaches, Tivat , Kotor and more... It was relatively easy to find parking place close to the house. On walking distance you can find mini market, bakery, supermarket and some restaurants and fast food places. Lidia is very polite, friendly person and excellent host. Thank you, I hope we come beck!

It was really nice at Irena's place. The view from the property is really impressive. The communication was great. If we had questions or needed information, we got a quick response. The house is small and manageable, yet sufficient. At the terrace we were only outside anyway. The location is great too. We took a good 10-12 minutes from the airport by car. It was a few minutes more to Tivat directly. Kotor is also not far away. Thank you for the nice care and great place to stay. A highlight was especially the stand up paddle, which we were allowed to use. We would love to come back. Thank you and best regards.
