With a location within a reasonable distance from Roskilde and Copenhagen, the house is very suitable for guests who are looking for both nature and cultural experiences. A 10 min. bike ride through the forest leads you to stretches of white, child-friendly sandy beaches. A 5 min. bike ride takes you to the restaurants and trendy shops in Tisvildeleje. 50 min. by car to CPH city centre.

The house consist of two separate cottages connected via a roofed patio and a spacious 200sqm terrasse/bbq area ideal for any warm or colder night or day with an outdoor dining table for 14 persons. The big cottage (120sqm): 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms kitchen, dining room and open living area. Cottage 2 (60sqm): 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom kitchen and living area.

Five grownup bicycles available for guests. Please note no smoking inside or on the property. No parties.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Huset er fuldt møbleret med fuldt funktionelt køkken inkl opvasker, og der er står en grill på terassen. Der er 4 soveplader, og derudover er der en køjeseng der kun er egnet til mindre børn. Huset kommer med både sengelinned og håndklæder. Huset ligger direkte til en skrænt, så man skal gå 5 min for at komme til stranden, som er meget børnevenlig.

Beautiful house of 176 m2 with a lovely garden in the middle of the old Tisvildeleje with gravel roads and large trees. 500 m to the beach, 500 m to the grocery store and Tisvilde Kro There are 2 toilets (1 bathroom with bathtub), covered terrace, outdoor fireplace and wood-burning stove in the living room 3 rooms with double beds in all rooms, room for 2 in each/6 in total. In the basement there is a washing machine, foosball and table tennis.
