The house is newly built and architect-designed, with beautiful materials and ocean views. It was completed in the summer of 2022 and is located a five-minute walk from the sea and the harbor. Here you will find a scenic and restful environment, perfect for relaxation or for those who want to explore Kullaberg's fantastic nature and activities. This is our private holiday home, furnished for our own use. We are happy to share the place with guests who appreciate the tranquility here and contribute to the peaceful atmosphere in Arild.

Very centrally-located place. Grocery shopping is also with in walking distance plus there are 3 small pizza restaurants and a local pub. Trains & Buses to Copenhagen and the North coast are only a 5 min walk away. District towns, such as Gilleleje with a beach and a harbour with a cozy atmosphere. Larger towns such as Hillerød and Helsingør both with historical castles and shopping . If you would like a nice day trip it is possible to take the ferry from Helsingør to Helsingborg in Sweden.

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. Det finns 2 lekplatser, en linbana, en bouleplan samt en fotbollsplan bara 50 meter från huset. Uthyrningsperiod: min 7 dagar (högsäsong), övrig tid min 1-3 dagar.
