Welcome to our charming villa with a secluded courtyard, located in Falun's historic mining district. A short, pleasant walk along the Faluån river takes you to the city center. Close to the copper mine, cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. 3 km from Lugnet. Fully equipped home, even with an electric car charger. The villa has some older wallpaper and furniture and is suitable for those who like to stay in a house with character. Cleaning is included, but bed linens/towels can be rented for SEK 150/person. Guest house with lake view

Here, it feels like you're in the countryside, but still in town. You live in peace and quiet, without TV, by Lake Varpan with only 2.5 km to Lugnet's ski stadium and 3 km to Falun of Falun. You have 600 meters to the forest and Lugnet Nature Reserve. Swim in the lake from the jetty in the summer or take a dip in the ice hole in winter. Wood-fired sauna is available, bring your own wood if you want to use the sauna. In winter, if the weather and wind allow, there may be a plowed ice rink/walking path on the lake, and ski trails are usually prepared.

In summer, there is a bar and ice cream stand by the lake, as well as kayak rentals. Two simple bicycles can be borrowed from us. (We also have two kayaks that can be rented if you let us know in advance) Proximity to Romme Alpin and Bjursås ski center, about 30 minutes by car. 5 minutes to the city and Lugnet's sports facility.

Rent our pool house of about 20 square meters with a spacious hall, bathroom with laundry facilities, and a room with a kitchen, sofa, and a 160 cm bed. Bedlinen and towels are included. Parking directly outside included. You can store your skis or bikes in locked space if you wish. About 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross-country tracks, bathhouses, bike trails and the university Dalarna. 3 minutes drive to the city center and grocery stores.

Pets are welcome, we ourselves have dogs in the house as we live in the other part of the building. Guests are welcome to use parts of the garden.
