Take it easy at this cozy, relaxing cabin. While located only a 1/4 mile from HWY 72, enjoy the rural setting and peaceful surroundings. This 3 room home has a living room with a couch with a pullout bed, an adjoined fully stocked kitchenette, a master bedroom with a king size bed, and a bathroom. Private, cozy cabin located across the road from JP Coleman state Park which is by Pickwick Lake on the TN river. Partial water view in the winter. Enjoy walking you fur baby or jogging in the park. The lake is famous for large and small mouth bass, crappie, catfish Water skiing, and wake boarding Boat ramp is about a 5 minute drive from cabin located at the park. Plenty of space to park your boat or you may rent a slip at the marina in the park. Fire pit to sit by. Wood provided.

Relax at this peaceful 2-bedroom cabin nestled about half of a mile from Highway 72 located on the state line of AL/MS. This is a family hunting lodge decorated with the outdoorsman in mind. The pine and cedar covered walls provide an inviting and cozy environment. One bedroom has a full bed and the other contains a full-over-full bunk bed. There is a full kitchen overlooking the living area. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower and full-size washer and dryer for guests to use.

The kitchen has full sized appliances .A 12-cup coffee maker, a single serve K-cup maker and a toaster is provided, along with all utensils to make cooking easy. Relaxing is easy on the covered back deck that has a swing and a wrap around porch. Our cabin is located 2 miles from J. P. Coleman boat ramp. Within 15 minutes of the neighboring cities of Iuka and Counce.

Property has a pond behind main cabin with floating fountain with lights and Mallard ducks swimming around the pond. Three tiny homes surround the pond for rental. Large area for boat and trailer parking . Hot tub on request (small two person). 150 acres for hiking and ATV riding.
