Çevredeki bir çok alternatif ile birlikte , şehrin gürültüsünden uzak doğayla iç içe olma imkanı sunmaktadır. Evimiz merkezi şömine sistemi ile ısınmaktadır.Şömineler yandığı zaman tüm peteklere sıcaklık gitmektedir.Aynı zamanda kış bahçemizde kuzine sobamız , odalarda da elektrikli ısıtıcılarımız mevcuttur. Sezonda oldukça yoğundur bu sebeple aracınızı ücretli otoparka park etmeniz ve eve yürüyerek ulaşmanız gerekebilir. Eve yürürken iki farklı yol vardır; birinde oldukça dik bir yokuş bulunur, diğer yol az eğimlidir.

You can use the tram line, which is 2 minutes away from the house, to go to the historical Konak and Kemeraltı. For a pleasant ferry ride to Karşıyaka or Konak, it is sufficient to walk for 10 minutes to the Alsancak pier.
