Shant Kuti - A Luxury Cottage With A Superb View

It was really nice staying at "Shant Kuti". Beautifully maintained by caretakers - Pritpal and Tilak. The food was really tasty, all amenities were provided. It was like home away from home. They have a fixed menu per person, if you opt for their food service, inform them in advance and it is very reasonable amount. It was tough to use the switches in every room due to 3 pin required for them, an extension in every room would be really helpful. Currently extension was provided only in one of the room which is on the first floor. Regarding the way to the property: the caretaker will come to guide you to the property. The inner way to the property is narrow, just enough for one car. Drive slow in that area as there is no boundary on one side. The parking place is for 2 cars easily. Must recommend for everyone and have dinner/lunch/breakfast at the property which is tasty and cost effective.

Musafir : Room in a Farmhouse

Why do we travel ? Over the years the answer for this quintessential question has changed for me. It started with exploring new places, then it was about experiences and finally for finding oneself. But never had I thought that I’ll look back at a place and remember it for its people and hosts. Abhinav and his family welcome you to their home and you feel a part of their family from day one. Be it the mouth watering meals that Aunty serves to the farm tours and the music night at the end of the day it all feels like a warm blanket on a chilly winter night. One of the best experiences i have had in recent times. Big kudos to musafir and team. Will definitely revisit and recommend. Tip for travellers- Please don’t rely only on google maps for reaching the location once at palampur. We lost our way by doing the same and highly recommend reaching out to Abhinav for location help.

A Peaceful Getaway with Amazing Hosts! We had a wonderful stay at this property! Even though it’s a little away from the town, the location is perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and enjoy some peace and quiet. The views from the property are stunning, and the garden area is a lovely spot to relax and unwind. A special mention to the caretaker uncle and aunty—they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even helped us with delicious food on request, which added a homely touch to our trip. If you're looking for a serene retreat with warm hospitality, this is the place to be. Highly recommend it and would love to visit again! --- Let me know if you’d like any tweaks!
