It is a short drive to beautiful Jærstrender and in the opposite direction to hiking areas on Høg-jæren. It is about 30 min by car or train to Stavanger city center. It is also about 20 min drive to Kongeparken.

(Car road to the cabin) Here you can stay in the countryside and only a short drive away from Ålgård city center. The cabin is surrounded by fresh water (Homslandvatnet) and here you can swim, fish or take a walk. You will also have access to a brand new sauna. A couple of minutes' walk to the train station, and just over half an hour by train to Stavanger and Egersund. Shops, gym and park nearby. Walking distance to the characteristic nature for the area with great hiking terrain. Beaches with swimming and surfing opportunities are 5-10 minutes' drive away.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house sleeps five. If you are traveling with small children, there is a separate bedroom with a cot. About 7 min to Kongeparken. 10 min to Sandnes city center. Barbecue area in the yard can be used. We have ducks and chickens that would like to have a visit, maybe you will find an egg?
