Great hiking area just across the building area, with marked hiking trails. Carport plus several parking spaces in the yard. Norwegian Outlet is located in Ålgård city center, as well as bathing areas (Perlå and Kanalparken). Ålgård also has good restaurants and cafes, Preikestolen is an hour's drive away. Stavanger 25 minutes. Jærstrendene 20 min.
