Velkommen til et stort og kjekt hus, i et hyggelig nabolag! Øverste etasje: 4 soverom, loftstue m/hjemmekino og et romslig bad. Underetasje: Stue, kjøkken med spiseplass til 10 og toalett. Du bor ved fantastiske naturopplevelser som feks: Månafossen, Jærstrendene, Preikestolen og Kjerag. I kort gåavstand finner du fine badeplasser og lekeplasser. I sentrum (ca 10 min gange) ligger Norwegian Outlet , AMFI og Kongeparken! Et glimrende utgangspunkt for en magisk sommerferie. Velkommen!

Kjekk plass for Russen, samt perfekt for småbarnsfamilier og Kongeparken. + evt. besteforeldre. 3 separerte soverom, samt 1 loftstue med sovesofa. Boligen inneholder alt en trenger på ferie. Den ligger midt i smørøyet i forhold til utflukter til Månafossen, Preikestolen, Sandnes og Stavanger. Boligen her innholdsrik og tilrettelagt for barnefamilie. Kort avstand til Kongeparken, Norwegian Outlet, badeplasser og turstier. Et rolig og fredelig område, med svært gode solforhold.

Stay close to nature

Supercosy, homy house with a wonderful lake view. You will have that nature feeling, beautiful hikes just outside the doorstep. central, close to shopping, cafees and restaurants in Ålgård. 10 minutes walk from the house you can catch the bus to Sandnes or Stavanger. 1 hour drive to skiing resorts. We are two adults and four kids partially live here. Feel free to borrow toys and books. Double garage available for parking. Charger for electrical car available (extra charge).

Spacious apartment close to Kongeparken

A spacious and bright apartment 5 minute drive from Kongeparken. Right outside the doorstep you will find a lake-beach with canoe hire, hiking trails, a playground and a football pitch. 10 minute walk to the center where you will find restaurants and shopping. 1 hour to drive to Preikestolen, and a large selection of other beautiful hikes such as Ramnstoknuten and Månafossen nearby. Here you can relax in the hammock after a day full of activities. .

Flat located directly on the lake

This place is located by a lake 30 km south of Stavanger. If you want to take a bath or fish in the lake, you are free to do that. There is also a possibility to use our two kayaks. The area offers good hiking opportunities such as Preikestolen and Kjerag. In this lovely place you are getting your own kitchen, a big bathroom with a walk in shower and a bathtub, a nice bedroom and a good sized living room with a nice view over the garden and the lake.
