Monthly Rentals in Timber

Jeff and Susan's farmhouse is an absolute gem in the Airbnb world! We stayed here for 4 nights during our family reunion. Although we filled the house with 9 adults and a baby, there was still plenty of space to relax, play games, and enjoy family meals both indoors and outdoors. Everything about the farmhouse is welcoming. It is well-stocked with everything you can possibly need, and they even left homemade cookie dough for us in the refrigerator! The fantastic outdoor patio area not only has a firepit and grill, but also its own fridge and sink. The gardens were stunning, and we enjoyed the birds and rm animals. Susan and Jeff are delightful and friendly, but very courteous of the privacy of their guests. We participated in a yummy jam tasting session w/ Susan, and went home with a few jars from her business next door. We also really appreciated how clean and tidy the home is kept. This is the best place to stay if you are visiting Vernonia. If not, this is a destination in itself!

We really enjoyed our time at Sylvia’s place. Clean, tidy, private, quiet, comfortable. Her instructions on accessing the apartment were excellent and we had no issues or problems. We would definitely return to Sylvia’s in the future!

We loved our stay here! The pictures just don't do justice to how immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked this cottage was. You could not ask for more serene, private surroundings with a gorgeous mountain overlook. It is perfectly located - close to Portland and all its amenities but also only 1.5 hours to the coast and 1.5 hours to Silver Falls State Park. The beds and pillows were extremely comfy. For added convenience, the kitchen was stocked with fresh eggs, oatmeal, coffee, spices, etc. Being able to throw our clothes in the wash after a day of hiking was an added bonus. The wifi was spotty, but our cell service was fine, so we just used our hot spots and weren't affected. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would absolutely jump at the opportunity to come back in the future if we're in the area again.
