The modern apartment is equipped with a sauna and a glazed balcony, and the kitchen has the necessary supplies. Heating fireplace parking space right next to the front door. In the yard, you'll find both a grocery store and a pizzeria. To the bus stop about 50 m, to the beach approx. 150 m. You took the outdoors right at the door.

Building was finished in the summer 2017 and is in a truly amazing spot in front of lake Lutakko. Calm neighborhood just a walking distance from the city, where you can enjoy all the great stuff Jyväskylä has to offer. Lutakko also hosts the many businesses that are located in Jyväskylä. Grocery store is just close by and technopolis business center.
