The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

By prior arrangement, it is possible to visit Lake Soka in the middle of an inaccessible bog or explore caves along the banks of the Salac River instead. Use of the sauna for a separate fee.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Welcome to our summer apartment! This lovely child friendly apartment is ideal for couples or smaller families looking for a peaceful and elegant place to stay in Pärnu. Everything that Pärnu city has to offer is easily reachable with bike, scooter, bus or by walk. Kaubamajakas shopping centre, riverside promenade, jogging track and the sea are only a few steps away. There are many playgrounds around the house.

Had a chance to spend a shot stay at this beautiful and lovely place. It is near a lake, and near enough other places to have everything you may need within walking distance. 10/10 and absolutely recommend!

The cottage is surrounded by snow-covered trees, with warm light glowing from large windows. A porch area is visible, along with outdoor seating. The serene landscape is blanketed in snow, creating a peaceful atmosphere in the wintry evening.

Very beautiful house in a secluded and peaceful environment within nature. We spent five days with the family for Christmas. The house matched our expectations in terms of size and location. Room lights match the photos. The fireplace and sauna are very nice. Everything is well maintained, the property is very beautiful. Namely one shower in the house. Communication with Fred was fluid.
