Carlota and Juan have been great hosts! Very attentive to our arrival during the night and willing to help in any way. They exceptionally resolved all of our concerns. The place is beautiful, extremely cozy and true to the description . The area is beautiful, very quiet and in front of the train station that communicates with the whole city. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended .

This is a pretty stunning grand period home in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. Although it needs a bit of TLC, it does have tons of charm. Every day we stayed there, it felt more and more like home!

Excellent place. Casa de Bulnes is beautiful, charming, a little social, but quiet at night and suitable for work or travel. Daniel and Matias were excellent hosts. Highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful! The beds were super comfortable, the location is great and within walking distance to shops and restaurants and the hosts were amazing and helped us immediately when we had concerns or questions. They were so kind giving us an early check-in and a late check out. . They were extremely accommodating for us when our plane was canceled and we had to stay longer. I would definitely stay here again!

Germán's place is amazing. He and his partner are wonderful people who were very welcoming and a delight to deal with. Having stayed in various parts of Buenos Aires, the house itself is in the best possible location, right in the middle of everything with many bars and restaurants very close by - yet still very quiet. I stayed for a couple of months and the kitchen has everything and more than you could ever need. The heated floor during winter was an absolute luxury!! If you get an opportunity to stay here don't hesitate to take it. You will definitely not be disappointed.

The house is spacious and functional. It has 3 bathrooms (one en suite) and several bedrooms. The pool has a fence, it is ideal for going with children because you can be sure that they will not go to the pool alone. The setting is very nice, there are spacious houses and quiet, tree-lined streets. Lastly, the neighborhood where it is located is safe and easily accessible from the federal capital.

Great location in Palermo Hollywood, with great cafes and restaurants! A little loud and busy on the weekends for families, but overall great area. The apartment is great, very secure and plenty of space for families!

We stayed again at Carolina's penthouse because it really is unbeatable for location and comfort. She was super attentive to accept some inconveniences that arose on arrival and the house is very nice. They have train stations a few blocks away and walking around the neighborhood is one of the nicest things to do. Don't miss the opportunity to stay in this PH.

I stayed for 1 month with my family, they on vacation and I do home office. I have nothing but praise. The house is beautiful, comfortable, super equipped (from everything you need there are at least 2 alternatives), it is bright and fresh. The WiFi works perfectly. The pool is one of the jewels of the house, beautiful. The neighborhood, super quiet, full of children with whom my children had fun every day (they were going from one side to the other of the neighborhood totally free). For Gabriel as a host, I only have words of thanks. He was always attentive to our needs, he was super kind and respectful. Finally, Lucas (the person who was in charge of the maintenance of the house, park and pool) responded very well to all our orders and allowed us to enjoy the beauty of the house to the fullest. I will definitely be back in the future, it was a great experience!

It was worth every penny, the house is beautiful and comfortable, they have a beautiful and affectionate kitten, the incredible owners were attentive the whole time. It has TV in the rooms and the living room, a grill on the terrace, it is a very nice house, well equipped and very good water pressure, and above all super clean. I would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone.

Spacious, cozy, bright house in a charming wooded neighborhood with flat terrain that allows for walks. What is offered is what is delivered. Being a residential neighborhood, it has very close shops to do the necessary shopping for food, perfumery, cafes and restaurants. Ingo and Natalia are very helpful and friendly. Great hosts.

The house is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is a quiet area to work, an ideal patio to rest and everything is in perfect condition. The location is also very good: a few steps away there is an ice cream shop, pizzeria, bakery, butcher shop and a park. In less than 10 minutes you reach the subway and there are bus stops very close by. The host is very friendly and is always willing to help with whatever is needed. I definitely recommend this house!

Very good place, Gustavo is a great guy, we had a problem with the lock and he had no problem changing it at the time, as it was a house we took some friends to have a get-together after a show we had and it was no bother at all, very empathetic.
