A little house on the prairie situated on a farm, very close to Tigaki and Marmari beaches, conveniently located in the centre of the island, ideal for quiet holidays with friends or family! Our farm is 50 metres behind the house. Guests are welcome to enjoy our local produce and the family atmosphere. The house is also very close to one of the island's hot spots for kite surfing! It's ideal for kite surfers as the wind in the area is perfect almost every day of the summer.

"Villa Athena" consists of 5 separate one-bedroom apartments on garden level (ground floor) and is situated in a prime location facing the beautiful sandy beach of Tigaki. Each apartment has one main bedroom and then the seating area with kitchenette has 2 other beds.(There is air conditioning in each apartment- it's optional & if one decides to need to use it then there's a small extra charge per day). Each apartment has its own private bathroom with shower.
