You will live in a protected riverside environment. The many and varied exteriors of the place have a small air of Provence (terraces, garden with access to the river or not if you have small children). The house (120 m²) stays cool in summer and is pleasantly heated in winter. Here’s what to know: 1-I live in the house when I'm not renting it. My personal belongings therefore remain present .2--Access is via a narrow alley.

The house is located on the banks of Sèvre Nantaise at the foot of Tiffauges Castle. We rent out part of our house that we have made independent. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, a veranda, a studio (with a bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and bathroom), a laundry room, a pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river! Many walks await you whether you like hiking, running, trail running or mountain biking.

Located 20 minutes from Puy du Fou in a quiet and green atmosphere, you will enjoy the view of nature and sunsets on the terrace. Spacious room with independent entrance, bathroom, toilet and kitchenette with the essentials to make your meals. Linens are provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) as well as tea, coffee and herbal teas. You can park your vehicles in the reserved spaces or store your motorcycle in the shelter.
