The apartment is very nice and modern. The location was perfect as they pick you up from the accommodation for excursions and you can easily walk to the city center. The view is amazing, as are all the amenities. Thank you for having us.

Sil is a great host, she welcomed us and gave us great attention, exceeding all expectations and giving us more than the rental value indicates, she gave us transportation and helped us with check-out because the flight was delayed several hours. Without a doubt Sil is a great person, she understood our needs and gave us the right support beyond renting us a place. I'm very grateful and without a doubt I'll recognize it and come back. The apartment was impeccable and is the same or better than the photos.

The property is ideal. City center and airport are easy to reach. Rafael is very nice and tries to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Directly opposite the property is a fantastic bakery and half a block away there is a supermarket.

Modern and well-equipped house. Located in a neighborhood with new houses, but far from the center (having a car is important). Very nice view.

Beautiful accommodation! We loved it! A dream The area is beautiful, quiet, incredible views. Far from downtown, but you could use Uber without a problem. The place was spotless, clean. The bed is super comfortable. The shower is a little uncomfortable, and dangerous. It has very little space, the screens sometimes came out when moving them, and it had a step to get in and out of the shower. Communication with the hosts is super good. The grill is a hit! It would be nice if there was firewood to use! Thank you very much for everything!

Fede's apartment was my chosen place to spend a week in Ushuaia. In my personal case, it's the first time I've visited this city and I liked everything. The apartment's location is great, and from the window there's a great view. I also want to point out that they handed over the apartment to me super clean and tidy and with everything equipped, it is just like the photos. If you're going to Ushuaia, it's highly recommended. I'll definitely be back.

Our stay at Ushuaia couldn't have been better. We were comfortable with 4 adults. The heated floor makes all the difference! We also really enjoy using the barbecue and washing machine. In addition, we always had quick responses from the hosts. The only point is that the location can be a challenge for those who are not in a car - which was not our case, so for us, everything was excellent!

Awesome!!! I wish I could post pictures of this beautiful apartment. Views from it are breathtaking nothing compares to it. I have been in several Airbnb and you will not get nothing close to this for the same price. My kids didn’t want to leave at all. 100% recommended.

We stayed last week and the experience was excellent. Dário and Andrea were super attentive from the first moment, with a very quick response to all our questions. The apartment is perfect: very clean, warm, with an amazing view, and quiet, ideal for resting. The radiant floor made all the difference on cold days, and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary utensils, which we greatly appreciated. Definitely a place we would go back to! Stunning apartment with gorgeous canal views. The only negative point is the city center is 7 kms away and you can wait 25 minutes between 2 buses

This place is truly something spectacular. The views from every single room, including the bedrooms, are jaw-dropping, while the residence itself was brilliant - comfortable, well laid out with no one feeling cramped, private and a great outdoor space. Although we did not cook while there, we did not want for anything in the kitchen and the bathrooms/bedrooms came stocked with more than enough towels, linens and other necessities. As two friends traveling together, it was the perfect place to relax and chill between the day's activities and dinner, giving us a perfect refuel. The lovely bottle of wine and chocolate gifted to us were icing on the cake. The staff in the building is also super helpful, responds immediately, and went out of their way to support us with any needs and questions. For those traveling from outside the country, the water from the tap was also potable.

Everything a stay could be and more if it’s available book it more than worth the money. Easy to access able to go to and from the city center with the best view in Ushuaia. Do not miss out on this.

I didn't meet Dario, just Andrea, a great person, very kind and communicative. He explained everything to me, gave tips on places to go, excellent co-host. As for the apartment, it's great too. Beautiful view of the mountains, especially of Mount Olivia, which is right in front of the apartment. The place is very safe and easy to access. It's a little far from the city center, but nothing that an Uber or rental car can't solve. I will definitely come back in the future. Thank you very much, Andrea. See you next time. 😉

Great place in a very nice location. Has good amenities, is very spacious, and is close to plenty of attractions. Host was also responsive and helpful during our stay.
