Vacation rentals with a patio in Ticino

Marco est très arrangeant et serviable, le logement est beau, propre, bien équipé ce qui devient rare pour un Airbnb, et surtout calme pour se reposer après de bonnes journées de visites dans Milan ! Petit bonus très apprécié : la douce odeur de jasmin fleuri tout autour de la terrasse :-) nous relogerons ici si nous revenons à Milan :-)

Einfache und gute Kommunikation. Sah genau so aus wie auf den Fotos und sehr sauber. Würde es weiterempfehlen.

Gero & Sonia were excellent hosts! They were very accommodating and responsive if we ever had a question. The home is well kept, very clean and looks just like the photos! I love the modern stair case and screened-in patio. Everything exceeded our expectations 😊

Apartment is really beautiful and modern. There is great pizza place literally across the street. 10min from metro station Corvetto. Salvatore is a great host; responded on all our messages and questions very fast. Definitely recommending this amazing place! 😀

L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica a due passi dalla metro, velocissima per l'aeroporto, a due passi dallo stadio San Siro, due passi dall'ippodromo e a due passi dalla City Life. Nei dintorni ci sono bar, ristoranti, gelaterie, supermercati e tutto quello che può essere utile per il soggiorno. La pulizia era impeccabile, Davide il proprietario una persona squisita che ci ha accolto con tutte le accortezze e gentilezze possibili. Il check in ed il check out è stato semplicissimo. Prenderemo di nuovo in considerazione il soggiorno qui se dovessimo tornare a Milano.

This was a perfect place to stay. Airy, spacious, and comfortable. Brilliant location for aperitifs, chilling and eating by the canal and perfect for buses, trams or Metro and taxis into the city. Great choice!!

This place has been perfect for my sisters and I! It is absolutely beautiful! It felt like home. It was spacious, modern and homely! It is near the city centre so you can walk and has so many lovely restaurants around. Alice and Angela are fantastic hosts! Very attentive, constant communication and friendly. I will definitely be coming back for my next trip!

High quality accommodation in a great location. Very peaceful and tranquil area. Bonus if you like dogs and cats as the owners pets are very friendly. Would recommend the accommodation without hesitation to other travellers

Would recommend this spot - you are right in the middle of the busy waterfront! We loved - location (next to where we rented a boat, literally next to the funicular (this is busy frequently so we were able to watch as the line became more manageable) located just steps away from the Airbnb, VERY close to train station, very close to a supermarket, kids loved the hot tub. The host is so responsive and friendly, loved him. We received a welcome bottle of wine which was nice, thank you!! Only minus - (this was NOT terrible) but there is construction next door and they begin early (8am) which woke me up but no one else in the home. The ants, there are some ants that live in the yard in front and end up in the home - this was not overwhelming just slightly annoying.

Wir haben die Tage in der Wohnung genossen. Alles war sehr neu und schön eingerichtet und der Ausblick auf die Berge ein Traum! Die Nachbarn im kleinen Ort waren sehr nett und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Claudia hat super kommuniziert und sich um alles gekümmert. Danke und bis bald!

Å bo hos Joanna og familien var enda bedre enn vi drømte om. Utsikten var helt magisk vakker. Man får følelsen av å sitte på toppen av verden når du sitter ved svømmebassenget og ser utover landskapet. Det er også en koselig sitteplass under tak rett utenfor leiligheten her har du også flott utsikt. Store fine soverom, og en koselig liten kjøkkenkrok, og stort spisebord inne. Det var så rent og pent over alt. Det aller beste var vertskapet som til enhver tid sørget for at oppholdet vårt ble helt fantastisk. Så varme og imøtekommende mennesker, som kom med masse inspirerende forslag til hva vi kunne oppleve i områdene rundt. Vi vil garantert komme tilbake.

Il soggiorno presso Tenuta Magrini voleva essere una vera è propria fuga dai rumori, gli odori e il grigio della città, ma non immaginavamo a tal punto. Sin da quando si varca il cancello di ingresso della casa si intuisce già il livello di cura dei dettagli che Maura e Massimiliano hanno riposto nella loro splendida casa. Gli spazi si presentano proprio come nelle foto: vista infinita sulle colline, possibilità di passeggiata in mezzo alle vigne e di godere di una tranquillità e serenità impareggiabili lontano da tutto. Per chi cerca un’esperienza totalmente immersa nella bellezza e nella natura del Monferrato non troverà di meglio. A coronare il tutto l’estrema gentilezza dei prorpietari e di Maura in particolare, fonte di utilissime informazioni sul territorio e che ci ha accolti con una bottiglia del loro ottimo vino. Speriamo di tornarci presto!

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno fantastico! L'appartamento era esattamente come descritto, pulito, spazioso e ben arredato, con tutti i comfort necessari per rendere la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni turistiche, ma abbastanza tranquilla da garantire un riposo sereno. Il nostro ospite è stato estremamente disponibile e attento, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande e dando ottimi consigli sulla zona. Consigliamo vivamente questa sistemazione e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Die Wohnung von Laura und Simone punktet mit einer wirklich guten Lage. Man ist schnell bei der Metro oder im lebhaften Navigli-Viertel. Besonders genossen haben wir die kleine, charmante Terrasse im grünen Hinterhof – perfekt, um den Tag mit einem Espresso zu starten. Das ausklappbare Sofa war überraschend gemütlich für ein Schlafsofa, was einen angenehmen Schlaf ermöglichte. Die Kommunikation mit Laura und Simone war stets hervorragend: sehr freundlich, schnell und zuvorkommend. Ein kleiner Punkt, der uns persönlich gestört hat, war der sehr starke Parfümgeruch der Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Hier wäre weniger Duft unserer Meinung nach mehr gewesen. Auch die Garage ist recht schmal, was man beachten sollte. Mit unserem Skoda Octavia war das Aussteigen schon sehr eng. Trotz dieser kleinen Anmerkungen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft für einen Trip nach Mailand definitiv empfehlen.

This place in Milan is perfect for an overnight stay near the train station, and also a great base for a longer stay to explore the city. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating of our late check in. The place was well set up, clean and tidy.

Logement idéalement situé, proche du centre de Milan, tout en étant au calme. La literie est confortable et la petite terrasse est agréable pour se détendre après une journée de visites. Federico est un hôte disponible qui répond rapidement à toute question.

I would definitely recommend this place, the place was nice, clean and well equipped. It also exceeded our expectations of what was available at the apartment with everything from cutlery to bathroom necessities. About a 10-15 min walk to the more active city center makes it a good location to stay. Also communications with Cindy had been both quick and very helpful! Overall I would warmly recommend this place to stay while in Bergamo!

This is a great apartment in an amazing location - just a very short walk from Milano Centrale station. Comfortable bed, all of the essentials provided, and has a cute little balcony. Highly recommend staying here when in Milan! Thanks for hosting us, Michele.

Anna’s place is nice, quiet and with a beautiful terrace. It has lots of space for 4 people. The neighborhood is lovely, lots of places to eat and shop and in a walking distance from duomo. Anna was easy to communicate and responded quickly.
