Vacation rentals with a patio in Ticino

Costanza's place was exactly as described. Large and airy. Very clean and check in was very easy. The apartment is located just a minutes walk to a metro stop and right across the street from a nice park. On Saturdays there is a large locale street market in that same area. That was a nice surprise. One of the best things about staying here was how kind and considerate Costanza is. She was always willing to help answer questions and made us feel that our experience in Milan really mattered to her. She's a great hostess.

This place saved our holiday after our 1st apartment (not Salvatore's) let us down badly. This place however is wonderful. it's secure, easy to access and in a nice location. affordably priced, clean and tidy with everything you'll need. The bonus was the private garden with table and chairs, ideal for relaxing after a days exploring. I can only highly recommend this place. Salvatore was very accommodating and helpful. I don't usually stay in any place twice but would definitely here.

Ana was very attentive and gave us very good directions on how to get there, the apartment was very clean and next to the subway.

The loft was very homey and nicely decorated/furnished. Marco and Lydia were also very welcoming. There was lots of space. And the small garden in front of the loft, made it feel secluded from the noise of the city. There are also many possible public transportation options close by. I can recommend this accommodation.

Apartment is really beautiful and modern. There is great pizza place literally across the street. 10min from metro station Corvetto. Salvatore is a great host; responded on all our messages and questions very fast. Definitely recommending this amazing place! 😀

The apartment is in a strategic location a stone's throw from the metro, very fast for the airport, a stone's throw from the San Siro stadium, a stone's throw from the racecourse and a stone's throw from City Life. Nearby, there are bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, and everything that can be useful for your stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, Davide the owner an exquisite person who welcomed us with all the possible care and kindness. Check-in and check-out was very easy. We will consider staying here again if we return to Milan.

Great place, highly recommend.

We stayed here for two nights in May and had a great experience. The apartment was just as described—clean, with a freshly made bed and a spotless bathroom. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, so getting in was no problem at all. We really appreciated the TVs, especially being able to log into our own Netflix and Prime accounts—such a nice touch! The host was fantastic, with quick replies and great communication throughout our stay. The location is a bit outside the city center, which worked perfectly for us since we were in town for a concert. The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, and from there it’s an easy ride followed by a short metro trip into central Milan. One travel card covers both, which is super convenient. There are also a couple of restaurants nearby that are popular on TikTok—perfect if you’re looking to try something trendy without heading far. All in all, we’d happily stay here again on our next trip to Milan!

High quality accommodation in a great location. Very peaceful and tranquil area. Bonus if you like dogs and cats as the owners pets are very friendly. Would recommend the accommodation without hesitation to other travellers

Had a great at relaxing evening here on my way through town. Check in was extremely easy and the views were tremendous!

Set in the heart of beautiful countryside, with incredible views of mountains and vineyards from the apartment, Casa Cola is a truly magical place. Joanna and her family so friendly and accommodating. We left feeling very relaxed (a rare treat when travelling with 2 children!) and there is so much in the are to explore for all ages. We can’t wait to come back and stay again soon!

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

Marco's house is very nice, comfortable, it was impeccable. Very comfortable mattresses and impeccably clean and good quality linen. Modern and well-equipped kitchen. The terrace overlooking the river in the middle of a landscape with lots of vegetation conveys calm. Keep in mind that access to the bedroom on the top floor is by a somewhat narrow spiral staircase. Marco was very helpful and attentive, he was always available. Without a doubt, the house and its host, Marco, are recommended.

Laura and Simone's apartment scores with a really good location. You can quickly reach the metro or the lively Navigli district. We especially enjoyed the small, charming terrace in the green backyard – perfect to start the day with an espresso. The fold-out sofa was surprisingly cozy for a sofa bed, which allowed for a pleasant sleep. Communication with Laura and Simone was always excellent: very friendly, quick and accommodating. A small point that bothered us personally was the very strong perfume smell of the towels and linens. In our opinion, less fragrance would have been more. The garage is also quite narrow, which should be noted. With our Skoda Octavia, getting out was already very tight. Despite these small comments, we had a very nice stay and can definitely recommend the accommodation for a trip to Milan.

This place in Milan is perfect for an overnight stay near the train station, and also a great base for a longer stay to explore the city. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating of our late check in. The place was well set up, clean and tidy.

An especially convenient stop if you traveling from/to/through Milan Centrale. Michele was very helpful and responsive and the place was nice. Would stay here again if I wanted to stay in northeast Milan (center).

Property was absolutely immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Teas and sweet treats were a lovely welcoming touch and after walking around Bergamo the first aid kit with plasters was very much appreciated! Great location for getting around and a lovely little base for our holiday. Would absolutely love to stay again.
