Very well equipped and organized house! Tranquility and peace, really a place to rest and disconnect from the world. The host Pedro always very helpful and kind. Virtually virgin and very beautiful beach. It's worth too much!

I was quite surprised by the stay, home super comfortable and zero noise around. I was interested in spending the day at the beach, but when I saw the swimming pool and fawn of the condo, I went for a walk on the beach and soon returned to enjoy the condominium itself. Common area with large space, immense swimming pool and a delicious ofurô. It was worth it !

João was extremely helpful and proactive. He introduced us to the house and was always available, responding quickly every time we contacted him. The house is very nice and was very clean and tidy. The look is an attraction in itself. The sunset on the balcony is spectacular. It has a barbecue and pizza oven, and the kitchen has all the necessary basic utensils. The pool is a delight to cool off in and the leisure area is very spacious. It was a stay that will certainly be marked.

Vera is a wonderful person, easy to reach, quick to respond and always helpful. I loved staying at your house, very cozy, spacious and well ventilated!! To say that it is right in front of the beach, an incredible place!! Thank you very much Vera!!

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had using Airbnb. The location corresponds very well to the images. The person responsible for hosting us, Silvana, did it very well. The neighborhood is quiet and Taty is an excellent host, polite and very kind. The outdoor area of the house, barbecue space and swimming pool are a great differential, the sea view enchants day and night. Casa da Taty will certainly be on our next itinerary.

Quiet stay and a very good location. Safe place, very beautiful house and with everything you need. Cristian is a very nice person and even gave me tips for sightseeing. I'll be back when I can.

The stay on site was simply wonderful! The house is in a condominium of houses, with a 24-hour concierge and security. The condominium is quite spacious, has a leisure area with a swimming pool, court, playground. The house location is good! Canoa Quebrada beach and Broadway are about 3/4 kilometers by car. There are also supermarkets more or less at the same distance (Frangolândia, Mix Mateus). And last but not least, the house! With comfortable three en-suites, all with air-conditioning, TV, double and single beds, bed linen and towels, a well-equipped living room and kitchen. Very nice pool and barbecue area, it was the space that my family and I liked the most! It has tables and chairs for everyone, TV, barbecue, bathroom, swimming pool and whirlpool, hammocks and lots of greenery, which makes the place even more pleasant! Anyway, the photos of the place are true to what you'll find. Super indico and hope to come back! I also appreciate the service provided by D. Márcia, who welcomed us very warmly!

Simple but spacious house with plenty of space, rooms with two beds each and air conditioning, kitchen very well equipped with household items, everything clean and organized. The host responded very quickly and guided us very well if we had questions about how the house works.

The place is super cozy, making us feel at home. Bed linen and towels are clean and have a wonderful smell. The kitchen is well equipped, and the whole house has many sockets (which I thought was great!). And lastly, the view is incredible. Undoubtedly, it is a place where I, my husband and our friends intend to go back again and we strongly recommend it.

Second time I go to dr. 's house Ricardo, as always excellent, the Girl who welcomes us magnificent. We'll be coming back if God willing.🙌

The house is comfortable and has a stunning view. The rooms are large, but the showers in the bathrooms require repairs and maintenance. We face difficulties while bathing due to clogged showers. The location is easy to access and has several nearby commercial establishments. A homemade (Dona Ana) was super gentle and cozy with everyone. We love the stay. Perfect place to relax and enjoy nature with family and friends.

We were delighted with Icapuí. Rafael's beach house was a place of rest and communion for our family. Because it was "right on the sand," everyone had their freedom to do their own thing, whoever wanted to walk on the beach, walked, whoever wanted to take a bath in the sea, bathed, whoever preferred to stay in the pool, stayed, or slept, etc. The environments interact with each other. This was very good for us, as we were 8 adults. The beach is almost "private," you find very few people on it, only residents in the vicinity or guests of inns/Airbnb, there are no street vendors. The water is a good temperature, there are lots of shells. You can take a great walk. The house served us perfectly with its 4 bedrooms, 2 of which were suites, and a social bathroom (3 in total). Bed and bath linens were available, as well as pillows and games. The kitchen is equipped, has a microwave, sandwich maker, airfry, as well as plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and more. Rafael is very helpful and attentive, always keeping in touch.

I have come several times to the house of Givana, and I always bring different people who are always positively surprised by the house. I found everything very neat and tidy, and a little more, because although the announcement shows that it does not provide sheets, the beds were neatly tidy and with clean sheets. I'll come back other times.

A house with a beautiful view, literally standing in the sand. Sleep and wake up looking at the sea is no better! Easy to find, Regina is always very attentive, in short, super recompense.

We had a wonderful experience at Meny Blu's house. The house is brand new and well decorated. The Greek-style plastering gives a special charm. Everything in the house is very well thought out and equipped. There is a wide variety of crockery, cups, kitchen utensils and barbecue. All rooms are suites and have air-conditioning and a hairdryer, which shows the attention to detail and comfort of the guests. The contact with Adriana, the owner, was always very quick and careful from the beginning. Ray was responsible for receiving us, always making herself available and managing the cleaning and cooking services we hired (we highly recommend it). She even made me a birthday cake! 🥹 We woke up facing the sea, with a beautiful view. We had a lot of fun with the Stand Up Paddle that the house had. Anyway, we left there already wanting to set the date to go back! Thanks guys!

I liked it a lot, if you go to the kitchen, the view is impeccable, if you go to the bathroom, you can take a shower looking at the sky, if you go to eat, the view is like a painting!! Every place in this cottage is amazing, I plan to return soon! There's no air conditioning, but honestly, it's not necessary. Super well ventilated, and the night is cold! Worth every penny!

The house is very large, in the center of a very large plot, it surprised us. The pool is large and Thiago cleaned every day. We like it very much and recommend it.
