It also has a BONUS 3rd convertible bedroom/sitting room/office (with full sized convertible sofa bed 90 x 200), a large living room and dining room area, with a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. As we are chefs, we have provided everything you could need for cooking a full meal in the apartment. This apartment is set up for self check in. You will receive a door key code 24 hours before check in time which will be valid from your check in date 3pm until check out time on your departure date. Check in at 3pm, check out before 11am. Early check in / late check out may be available for a fee, please check with your host if you have special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment has a fantastic living area with a french door that opens into a small balcony looking onto Calle de Huertas. There is a dining room area with a round table and 4 chairs. The bedroom is a semi-studio style - separated from the living area by a permanent wall - which you can see well in the pictures. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.
