The place was so beautiful and cozy. We had a very nice stay. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. It's a great place for some piece and quiet and yet so close to the heart of the city. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay for people who intend to explore Kochi.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming, traditional Kerala house! Our group of friends found the home beautifully maintained, with three spacious AC bedrooms and large, clean bathrooms that made our stay very comfortable. The fully functional kitchen was a big plus. Although the house is located right on the highway, the large compound provided complete privacy and a peaceful environment. One of our favorite spots was the cozy patio in the backyard, shaded by a huge jackfruit tree — perfect for relaxing in the evenings. For the price, this place is honestly the best deal you could find. A special thanks to our host, Romy, who made sure our experience was absolutely perfect and hassle-free. Less than one hour drive from cochin. A lap pool would be a perfect addition.

But what truly made it special was how comfortable and homely it felt. I’ve stayed at a few Airbnbs before, but this one genuinely felt like home and that’s rare. There were four of us, and we were all so happy, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout. The host Mr.Febin was so welcoming, which just added to the overall experience. It was great stay overall. The place was exactly like the pictures. We had a amazing stay. The stay was totally private. There are helpers in the next compound. The view is totally amazing and the pool was cleaned daily. The cleaner helped a lot. if you prefer cooking they have utensils. Limited restaurant choice if you prefer to order food. Perfect for both family and group. We had a great time and recommend everyone to try this place.

Waking up to the view of Arabian Sea, spending hours warchng the swarming backwaters with cruise boats, and ships from the bedroom day&night, located at the heart of the city, bustling yet peaceful location, aesthetically designed interiors....I cn keep listing the pros of this property... but what mattered the most is the serenity and calmness I felt being in there...Wud never miss an opportunity to get bk in there again. And a special thanks to the hosts, had a beautiful time with my family without any hassles of chk-in/chk-outs or any other issues.. Dont miss it folks, worth every penny we pay :)

Anaara Escapes waterfront villa

My friends and I stayed here and the views were too good. If you are looking for a laid-back staycation to just relax please come here! Harshan and the caretaker Rojin were super responsive. They took care of every single thing we needed. It is about 20km from the city but that is exactly the kind of escape we wanted. Food app deliveries are available so thats not an issue. Overall wonderful experience it was.
