Wendy’s Airbnb is in a very convenient location, especially if you’re having to walk at all. Wendy will greet you upon arrival, and I found her to be incredibly friendly and personable-she’s truly great to chat with and was very accommodating throughout my stay. She and her husband reside upstairs which makes for quick and easy communication. Personally I find it valuable when the host is on site as it makes it feel safer, and I’ve had issues at other properties where hosts weren’t present. I’d seen this ad before but hesitated because it’s a basement apartment. Upon checking in, I was pleasantly surprised-it’s much brighter and more welcoming than the ad suggests. The apartment was very clean, the bed is soft and comfortable and coffee pods are provided, which is all I really ask for when staying somewhere.🙂The beautiful little backyard is obviously well-tended, and there’s an area where you can sit out in the sun. This Airbnb feels like a home away from home, and I’d stay again.

Annie kindly let us know that we could check in early, even though we didn’t request it. Her place was very well stocked with more than enough supplies, which even saved us a grocery trip when we arrived late. The setup was also very thoughtful—there were convenient spots for charging and placing our phones right next to the bed, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable, relaxed, and truly at home during our stay.

Crystal is a great host. Her house was everything we were looking for while staying in Thunder Bay. Crystal is very responsive, polite and has done a great job at including a kids bedroom with some toys to play with. Her rental is spacious, in a safe location and offers clean and basic amenities. We would stay again! Thank you for being a great host!

Absolutely wonderful!! Great stay, the home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The backyard was exceptional. We asked to have some family over for a visit and the host graciously allowed us to do so which enabled us to spend some quality time with my out of province aunt and uncle. We enjoyed our stay here! It was definitely cozy…lots of pillows and blankets in the living room. The kitchen is very well stocked. The two little fans in the bedroom were the cherry on top. Bobbie really thought of everything!

Lora was quick to respond to any issues we had and always had a solution to anything we needed. She's a great host and we recommended her, plus we will definitely be staying with her when we come to Tbay again.

Best Airbnb I have ever stayed at! Comfortable beds(like sleeping on a cloud) amenities and extras, soda and water in fridge, even butter and milk and cereal, the tea collection, the back yard oasis, both day and night,pool, personal welcome, kitchen well stocked, bathroom extras from lotion to vanity sets. We felt very welcomed and accepted. We will stay here next time we come from the states!

Robert’s place was the perfect Mother’s Day getaway for my daughter and I. The setting was peaceful and private — just what we needed to unwind. My daughter especially loved the game room and trampoline, while I really appreciated the relaxing hot tub and sauna. The space was well-equipped, and felt like a little retreat from the everyday. Being just a 30-minute drive into town made it convenient without sacrificing the quiet we were looking for. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Incredibly kind and relaxed hosts, honestly felt like coming to spend the weekend at a family cabin with how kind they were. Very clean, and informative with the current fire bans going on! It made for a very relaxing and fun family graduation trip. 1000% would stay here again, thank you so much!!
