We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The location could not have been better—right in the heart of the city and walking distance to all the top attractions you’d want to visit. The Airbnb itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight and a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful apartment that we stayed in for two nights. Was very comfortable and host was extremely accommodating and responsive. Additionally it was walking distance to many cafes and restaurants we had planned to visit.

All in all, it is a good place for a quick stay. Good decorations, quick check in process.

There are restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores on the first floor, so it's convenient and the location is good. It's remodeled and clean, and the host communicates quickly and accurately. They also took care of the items I left behind at checkout and sent them to me, and they cooperated well. I want to use it again next time I visit Ho Chi Minh City.

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

I'll stay was very relaxing and the place was very clean and easy to access. The area is very good and there's lots of things to do in walkable distance. The balcony that we had was a very nice touch as well and beautiful to sit outside. Anh sent very clear instructions and check in and check out was very easy. Would recommend this place!

Amazing apartment in a centrally located, but quiet location. Check-in was easy and Chuyên left plenty of amenities in the apartment. Highly recommend!

Everything was very clean from bed sheets to floor. All the amenities were amazing and located close to everything. All of the ac worked and furniture was modern.

The space is beautifully decorated with such warm and cozy classic touches—it’s like a little haven of peace. The bed was comfy and the room had blackout curtains. Every little detail made the space feel extra special and welcoming. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, but still close to the malls and local street foods. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, making sure everything was just right. If you’re looking for a charming and relaxing escape, this is the place! Can’t wait to come back!

Lam was an incredible host ! Very responsive and the instructions were honest and clear, always on the lookout if we needed help anywhere. I had left my IPad at the airbnb which he quickly took into storage for me to collect later. Would recommend anyday !!

Excellent accommodation. The studio apt is small but has everything one needs for an extended stay. I loved the little patio facing the river. The extras really make it special. I didn't get to use the sauna or pools but the gym was adequately outfitted for a good workout. The markets on the first floor level had everything for making your own meals. There are good small eateries in the surrounding area. Grab delivers however google isn't always accurate. The host was very responsive upon arrival and communication was quick and thorough. I really liked this place and will make it one of my top choices when I visit HCM again. I only stayed 2 complete nights this trip but I could easily do a week or two here.

Everything was fine. It was not very clean, although I asked for a good cleaning since I was with small children. And there was a smell of cigarettes.
