The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Anchors Away

This is the perfect place to call home while fishing the infamous “golden crescent”. Functional, cozy and efficient, this 400 square foot fishing cottage boasts a double bed, a bunk bed, a bathroom with stand up shower and an efficiency kitchen complete with microwave, refrigerator and a gas stove. Dock your boat and/or fish off the dock of the famous “Taylor boathouse”. Or head to one of the many waterfront towns in the area such as Clayton or Sacketts Harbor to explore and dine.

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. There are actually 1852 islands in the region. Come explore the beautiful scenic waterways along with numerous attractions. The local restaurants offer local dining many with lake and river views. This is a private country 3 bedroom home offerring a quiet and restful vacation.

This third-floor apartment is VERY close to Queen’s University as well as Lake Ontario and historic downtown Kingston. The private, third-floor entrance is at the back of the house and at the top of two flights of outdoor, narrow, metal stairs (the original fire escape). The homeowners live on the first two floors. Making this the ideal space for someone looking for a quiet space close to Queen's and downtown Kingston. No parking provided. It has air conditioning.

Tiny Hideaway - Cozy Waterfront Escape

The tiny hideaway is an adorable tiny camp (might have to duck if you are over 5feet 11 in doorway and bathroom) on Chaumont bay. Year round camp. It’s great for a small family or a get away for a couple. Great private water front to enjoy with a dock. Bring drinking water as it’s on a shore well and is not drinkable. ICE FISHERMAN: I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp. Most guest access at long pt 1.5 down the road.
