We bought our house in 2005 and have made many changes to it since. One of them being the 500 ft.² guest suite. It features its own entrance, full kitchen, full bathroom, cozy bedroom and living room areas. It sits on a well manicured double lot and is attached to the main house in the heart of Didsbury, on a beautiful tree-lined street. It is walking distance to the shops of Main Street and our beloved cafés as well as a grocery store. Built in 1940, it is a house of many stories.

Beautiful rustic off-grid straw bale cabin surrounded by unspoiled nature and working ranch lands, located between Calgary and Canmore. Running water May-Oct, wood stove and old-fashioned outhouse. This little cabin was so adorable! They had a small shop to purchase firewood, which was delivered to our cabin. The cabins beside us were not booked up, so it felt very private and peaceful. The porch swing was a lovely added touch. I would definitely recommend and would consider staying again!

The absolute best place to stay with kiddos! The kids had heir own “Dino” room and the play space was so nicely set up. There were little crafts, games and lots of toys which is truly a game changer with busy toddlers. We even had our son ask to go back to the “Dino house” and read the dinosaur books while we were out on a hike. 😊 the location is quite perfect as we were a short drive to all attractions but also far enough from all highways that it was quiet and peaceful in the evening. All of the beds were comfortable and the house was spotless upon arrival. Would highly recommend to anyone with littles as it truly felt like a home base for us.

Colleen was easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. Great spot to relax. The deck has beautiful views and is a comfortable place to hang out. There's plenty of recreation available too. The beach was disappointing but maybe it was the time of year - early June? Overall a clean and cozy spot to spend a long weekend!

Loved our stay at the Hoodoo House! Spacious, central, and easy access to all of the main sites in Drumhellar and surrounding area. There was a cute park just down the street too. Our kids loved the bunk bed and toys in the kids room (kept them busy while we unpacked or prepped for the day). Very comfortable stay with lots of space to relax. Wonderful hosts with excellent communication. We will be sure to visit again - thank you for the amazing stay!
