Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

The house is an old townhouse - completely restored in 2008. Located in the center of Dronninglund, close to shopping. There is a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

Private bathroom in another building about 35 meters from the cabin. The cabin has 1 window that can be opened. It can get a little stuffy on a hot day. 1 bed 140 cm 1 sofa bed 120 cm Refrigerator, electric kettle & tableware in the cabin. There is a grocery store with delicious sandwiches/tapas, rolls, etc. about 700 meters away. The cabin cannot be locked There is no heat source in the cabin.

The tent is located in a private forest, so you are undisturbed. In the evening, you can turn on the lanterns or take a star look through the transparent top of the tent. The house is approximately 10 m² plus a terrace and includes a kitchenette, dining area, and a double bed, with the option of additional bedding. Underfloor heating ensures comfort all year round. Large outdoor area with fireplace, parking close by and access to primitive toilet and kitchen facilities about 100 meters from the cabin.

Det ligger ugenert i læ i de rolige og naturskønne omgivelser i Kettrup Bjerge i Løkken og har en stor træterrasse på 100 m2, perfekt til afslapning og udendørs aktiviteter. Sommerhuset ligger 700 meter fra strand og Vesterhavet, hvor I kan opleve de smukkeste solnedgange. I kan ofte se råvildt og fasaner morgen og aften ved huset. Til hyggelige aftener er der også en bålplads som kan benyttes. Vi har renoveret sommerhuset så næsten alt står nyt og flot

Oplev smukke solnedgange fra stue, køkken og på en af terrasserne. Blot 100 meter fra huset, under 5 minutters gåtur er Vesterhavet, så du kan både se og høre bølgerne på vores terrasse. Ved din ankomst vil du kunne slappe af, da vi allerede har redt din seng og lagt brænde frem til dig.
