In the heart of Arnay-le-Duc, 18thcentury bourgeois house with large garden. Gite in the middle of the house, independent entrance. Kitchen, beautiful living room, 2 bedrooms , shower room, independent toilet. Sparkling and neat decor. Parking in enclosed common courtyard. On site, shops, restaurants, leisure base and its beach. You can radiate to the Morvan Regional Park, the tourist sites of Dijon, Saulieu, Fontenay, the Beaune vineyards or the Roman ruins of Autun.

Shepherd's hut in the heart of nature

This stone hut was rebuilt on the remains of an old Berger hut. It is located in the middle of a meadow but accessible by car via a white path. There is no electricity or running water. The kitchen side includes a gas stove, a sink where rainwater arrives for the dishes. We provide a 10 L jerrycan of drinking water. An outdoor solar shower is available, otherwise washing is done with a washcloth. Dry toilet outside the cabin.
