A 20-minute drive takes you to other historical villages and castles, including Fontainebleau.

Your hosts have made the recovery of family furniture a lifestyle, the atmosphere is that of a small family holiday home. This home has a balcony overlooking the forest and a sheltered courtyard.

In the charming village of Le Vaudoué–with the forest of Trois Pignons and its famous bouldering areas on one side, and rolling horse paddocks and lavender fields on the other–this little house is a cozy hideout for solo travelers or couples, with extra room for one or two little ones (or very close friends). It was completely renovated in 2021, and then refreshed in 2025, preserving the old stonework walls and high ceilings while adding the modern conveniences.
