The apartment is impeccable with all the elements you need for a comfortable stay. The sofa bed is really comfortable with a quality mattress. I didn't find any defects. The apartment is ideally located in the resort of Les Saisies. You can get everywhere on foot. The accommodation is as described, the balcony is sunny. It's quiet, well-appointed. The bathroom is very new.

It's a very good place to stay.

Personnel of the hotel is very friendly, always helpful. Studio was clean, quiet and spacious. I had long-term accommodation so only cons are weak WiFi and signal in the area. Another thing which could be improved is the temperature of water which wasn't always warm enough. Besides this I would recommed the accommodation.

We had a wonderful time at Julien's! The welcome was warm, the atmosphere friendly and the place perfectly maintained. Everything was thought out to make our stay pleasant and carefree. Perfect for a weekend trip to Annecy for a few to 8 people - kitchen with large dining table, cozy living room and four matching rooms. By car in a few minutes in the city center or quickly at other hotspots - not suitable by public transport. A quiet location and parking right on the street.

Wow! What an incredible house!! The decor and design are simply stunning with a fantastic layout for our family of 5. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. We very much enjoyed using the pool and the hot tub and eating breakfast outside on the fabulous outdoor dining table. Clementine was lovely and very accommodating with our check in and out times. The surrounding area is beautiful and the lake is only a short stroll from the house. We must recommend the Terracotta restaurant there. The food was incredible and the service was superb. There are several supermarkets and amazing bakeries nearby for all of your supplies. We visited Annecey most days as our daughter was there for the annual animation festival. It was only approximately a 15 minute drive away and was absolutely beautiful with lots of great restaurants. We highly recommend Wood Loft and would love to stay there again.

Total change of scenery bucolic environment, house totally in its juice year 60 except the modern kitchen and very well equipped the big plus is the huge terrace, the jacuzzi with a magnificent view, the large hammock. Nearby shop on foot, starting point for a walk among other things the springs of the groin. Very family house comfortable bedding, bathroom in their juice too but there are two. House that suited us well for us and our two grown children aged 32 and 26

I booked this house for a weekend with family and friends, the setting is perfect, the house is beautiful and very spacious, the garden as well as the pool make it even more beautiful. Jean-Daniel is very responsive, very welcoming, friendly, he does everything to make us feel at home, which is very nice. I recommend it 100%, without hesitation I'll be happy to go back.

The cottage is large, very clean, nothing was missing in the kitchen. We were 5 adults and 4 children, the game room made us happy. We spent 5 wonderful days in Foncine-les-Hauts. The view from the chalet is breathtaking.

We stayed as a couple, so the accommodation for 2 people was ideal for relaxing. Everything was perfect whether it was outside (quiet area 15 minutes from Geneva) or inside. The spaces are pleasant and can be suitable for small or large groups. There are all cooking and entertainment essentials (library, foosball, hot tub, pool, treadmill,rower etc.). winters must be very relaxing; Super host who allowed us to access Airbnb at the last minute, very flexible. We'll be happy to go back!
