10/10 recommend the place. The apartment was clean, with amenities. The host was easy to contact. Beautiful with ocean access. The hotel is lovely. Food and hotel services are separate and have a hotel charge, which was clearly communicated by the host.

Had a really amazing stay here. The host and her team have probably been the best support I had ever on Airbnb. They did everything needed to make sure I had a good stay. The apartment is nice and clean. Good bed and shower. Nice projector to watch stuff in the evening. The location is close to the beach and in a more urban chill area. I do recommended hiring a motorbike with them. Overall a really pleasant experience.

Our stay here, was amazing and we had a great time at Xuan An's apartment. She was very helpful and always supported us with answers to our questions and even planned kind surprises. The location of the apartment is great, its around a 2 min ride from the beach, and easily acessable to restaurants in the city. The Internet worked well for remote working, and the rooms were good as well! We will come back here once we are back in Da Nang

The host is friendly, and you can use a large space at a lower price than a hotel. It's even better that Han Market, cafes, and famous restaurants are all within a 5-minute walk. There's no breakfast because it's not a hotel, but it feels like you're fully enjoying your trip by eating and drinking a cup of coffee at a local restaurant within 5 minutes on foot rather than having a hotel breakfast. 5 minutes to Pink Church, 5 minutes to Han Market, 5 minutes to Kong Cafe, etc. The best accessibility. The bedding was clean and odorless, and the towels smelled good. It's convenient to have a washing machine, and it's nice that the laundry dries quickly. I recommend it.

The most beautiful sea view you could ask for. So open and beautiful. We booked a few nights and then extended to a week because it was so relaxing. Great fresh seafood restaurants in every direction. Extra large tub and bathrooms. The layout is perfect. Comfortable beds and furniture. The ocean out front is very calm and we walked out and had a great time. We spent a lot of time at a bar with bean bags on the ocean, 2$ drinks and coconuts and so relaxing. Lily was very responsive and warm and gave great recommendations. Easy entry that felt almost private. The view from the huge master bedroom and living room is worth every penny. I couldn’t have been happier with an Airbnb. 11 out of 10. Just the master bed and bathroom is the size of some apartments. We sat on the balcony every night and listened to the ocean with the bay and lady Buddha view

It was a good choice for a family trip. The resort's shared pool and beach are also within walking distance. The place was clean and spacious as shown in the photos. The host is also nice. I was able to communicate in Korean. Thanks to you, we had a great family trip.

Hoi’s place was exactly as listed. Very clean and nice. She was very helpful and helped plan our trip to Ba Ha Hills and organised our transportation from there to Hoi An. Great experience and would stay there agains. Thank you for everything.

We had such an amazing stay at Pao homes, the house itself is such an inviting, relaxing space filled with beautiful decor. Location wise is was perfect for us, slightly away from the hustle and bustle but still an easy walk into Old Town. Our host was so generous with local recommendations and suggestions, highly recommend!

Her house was beautiful, everything was prepared, like the pictures, and breakfast and coffee are really good. She quickly recognized the tea we could ride on the move, and it was nice to have beer and drinks at home at a lower price than the market. If I come to Hoi An and Anbang Beach next time, I want to stay in her inner city again.

I was worried because it was my first time booking an overseas accommodation with Airbnb, but I was able to proceed with the host's quick response and trust. When I arrived, I saw that there was some construction in the alley, so it was a little awkward for a big car to enter, but it was less than a minute's walk from the main road, so it wasn't a problem at all. First of all, the way to open the door was also guided, so it was easy to open it.Wow~ It's so neat~ It's just like the picture. I thought it was good to trust. The neighborhood mart is 5 minutes away on foot~ There is a laundry room nearby~ There was a beautiful cafe and a kids class cafe where the kids could take classes~ There was a Daxund dog there ^^ I want to see it again~ There are no mosquitoes in the accommodation and it doesn't smell, so I like it.Except for the weak water pressure, the bedding was clean~ The floor was clean~ I was so satisfied.The water in the swimming pool felt a little cold to us in early June.Haha, you're right. When you go in, the heat goes away. It was a very satisfactory accommodation for the price~ I want to go again~

It's a little noisy because it's next to the road, but it was nice to have lots of amenities nearby. Most restaurants are located within 5 minutes, so you can eat comfortably, and a 24-hour grocery store is right in front of you, so you can buy what you need at any time. The pool was a little small, but it was clean and nice. I had a good rest for 3 nights.

Wonderful place to stay for the whole family. Close to all the beach activities. We got surfboards in the morning and had a good time. Breakfast and coffee were delicious and very enjoyable with the beach views.

The place was excellent with a lovely balcony view of the sea as well as a downtown view in the other direction. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had everything you needed and more. We only spent two nights but wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Zing Zung’s place was fabulous and she was such an amazing host! While staying there we realized that our visas for our next TWO locations had to be printed and panicked a bit, but she was happy to print what we needed and bring it to us! She’s such a gem and the apartment was lovely!
