Monthly Rentals in Thiou

We had a lovely stay at Laurent's in a peaceful and relaxing setting. Only small downside for the sofa bed which was not very comfortable otherwise everything was perfect. Annecy's old town is within walking distance via the promenade along the Thiou which is very nice. Thanks Laurent and maybe see you soon!

We stayed 1 week with friends for the Annecy festival and everything was great, easy access by bus, on foot too, I recommend it!

The place was great! And Servane was an amazing host! She was super communicative and nice, and helped me with everything I needed. The place is a 20 minute walk from Oldtown and it’s directly next to the bus stop, so it was very easy to get there and everywhere else in Annecy I wanted to go. Would definitely stay there again 👍

the apartment is spacious, comfortable and very nice. The neighborhood is very nice. There are supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The natural environment is a plus, sleeping with the sound of the water was very pleasant. And Mathieu was very kind, he allowed us to check in early. He was always available to answer any questions. Absolutely recommend both the apartment and the host, Mathieu.
