The Gurnett family emigrated from Somerset, England to Foster, Victoria in 2001. They yearned for a taste of the traditional dry ciders that they had left behind. Unable to find any ciders they liked, they started making their own! After years of searching for the perfect land to grow their cider apple trees, the family found their dream 70 acre farm at 343 Fish Creek-Foster Rd. The family set to work, bringing their vision to life by planting thousands of heritage apple trees across the farm. They built their cider production shed and finally using a mix of locally sourced and recycled timber built their award winning Cellar Door. We look forward to welcoming you on family farm and sharing our passion for cider with you! The Gurnett Family (Gurneys) Opening Hours Sat and Sun: 12-4pm Kitchen closes @ 3pm

Gurney's is family owned and run. We love spending the afternoon out there where the kids run free. Our favourite drop at the moment is apple and pear and their new cherry flavoured cider.

It's actually not a winery but a cidery, and it's brilliantly well done. With stunning views across Corner Inlet to the northern hills of Wilsons Prom, it offers a wonderful cider tasting experience and excellent food platters.
