Nice to visit the Washington Headquarter's and get a tour of where Washington and his advisors stayed during the Revolutionary War.
From April 1, 1782 to August 19, 1783 George Washington used this fieldstone farmhouse as his headquarters from which he negotiated with Congress, oversaw troops, and ordered cessation of hostilities. A fun trip!
Fascinating old stone structure that was Washington's Headquarters at the end of the Revolutionary War. Interesting tour. Great views of the Hudson River.
