This apartment is just WOW, whether you are sitting on the front verandah or on the top deck. The view of Acropolis is just breathing. Gianni is the best host ever. His responses were super fast and helpful. He can help with food, islands, what to do, wine etc. Apartment was so comfortable, that we didn't want to leave. Gianni has everything what you need. Not going to mention, olive oil, spices, the herbs etc. We were so grateful to stay there and can't wait to go back again. Thank you so much for all your help, Gianni.

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

Great stay. In a house with a beautiful garden with exceptional sea views. Our host is very responsive, with good tips on restaurants and other activities in the area. We had a pleasant time. Christos was an excellent host, we ended up meeting him at the place but he sent clear instructions in case timing didn't work out. He gave great suggestions for local restaurants and bars and was responsive to any messages! The place is a quick 20 minute walk to the acropolis area or a super easy train ride on the public transport! thanks Christos xx

We had a fantastic stay at Marios’ place. He was a great host—always responsive and helpful both before our arrival and throughout our stay. He was also incredibly flexible, kindly allowing us an early check-in and late checkout, which made our trip even more relaxing. The house itself was spacious, peaceful, and had everything we needed. Super comfortable and perfect for unwinding. It’s a remote location, which is exactly what we were looking for—no nearby restaurants or supermarkets, but that was by choice. Athens was just about an hour’s drive away, which made for a perfect day trip. We didn’t end up going to the nearby beaches, but the pool and direct ocean access were amazing—refreshing and private. Quiet nights, beautiful surroundings… exactly what we hoped for. Only small suggestion would be to improve the internet speed a bit—but other than that, it was perfect. Highly recommended!

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

This is an absolutely fabulous property. It is not only immaculately clean, airy and spacious, but tastefully decorated inside and out. We particularly appreciated that there is a fenced perimeter, enabling us to bring our little dog. The outside BBQ and seating area is a real bonus. The only drawback is it is rather time consuming to get to the centre of Athens by public transport ( and tricky to travel with a dog). However, the quality of the home, peaceful surroundings and kindness of the hosts more than made up for this.

The house was great! Amazing view, beautiful pool, beautiful beaches within a 7-minute drive. Fotis was an extraordinary host, extremely friendly and responsive. Thank you for a great stay!!

perfect for our needs. swimming pool definitely warmed up as the week went on with the gorgeous weather and we've now learnt to consider going later in the season to suit our needs better. but we cannot fault the pool facilities or host. very quiet and felt very safe for our young families. Great location and beautiful views but highly recommend car hire for shopping and day trips as nearest town is 15-20 minutes by car. highly recommend.

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

This was a good choice if you want to combine seeing the sites while also being able to sunbathe. We were able to work out that we needed to get the 2 trams into the centre of Athens I think the first one was the number 7 for 3 stops and then the number 6 for about 13 stops and then we could walk to the acropolis in 10 mins. The tram took about 30 mins all in all and was cheap.

it was great! the villa was beautiful and the location was amazing. However getting to the airbnb was a little difficult unless you have a driver or a rental car. If you are relying on taxis or Uber then transportation was difficult

This is the absolute place to be, the house and its amenities are absolutely grandieux; the pool is enormous, the bar is fully equipped even with professional decks and lighting for night parties, the kitchen is amazing, there is different verandas that can be used throughout the day, a Villa with a capital V, and another V for VMF. Also the location is perfect few minutes from the beach and less than a minute drive to the local market and amenities where you can find literally all you need. Stefanos is so helpful and discreet he ll solve any issue and answer every single question. Cant wait to go back

Panos’ home was a hidden gem nestled with breathtaking views of the ocean!! Our family felt as if we were home staying at Feliz Apartment! Linens were soft with a refreshing clean smell, towels soft as butter! Wrap around balcony steps away from the ocean gave us surreal views of our surroundings!! Host checked in periodically throughout our stay to ensure we were enjoying ourselves and not in need of anything! Apartment is moments away from local beach bars, our favorites were Hawaii Beach Bar & Alopigia Beach Bar (both full service with chairs and great hospitality) each are within a five (5) drive from the home. Better yet, directly across the street there is the beach and bar that belongs to Vincci Evereden Hotel where you enjoy the facilities with a paid chair! Many markets, tavernas, coffee shops are all a few minutes drive from the apartment! We’d stay again as Feliz Apartment was right in the heart of Anavyssos and gave our family memories we’ll cherish!

The place was lovely and extremely convenient to go to the beach :) I enjoyed the location. Host was also super nice and friendly helping give recommendations. Space is a bit small but just enough for 2 people ! Host was really helpful and recommendations were on point !

Polina was a super host, very communicative and helpful. The place is exactly as described, in fact the pool was a little bigger than we expected. You need a car to get around but that's fine. Would recommend!

We had a lovely stay in the apartment! After booking, recieving a guide to the local area with all the information you'd need made by Gabe and clear instructions on how to get in (which were easy to follow). The apartment itself was definitely worth the money being very spacious and containing all you'd need (Plenty of kitchen utensils (salt, pepper, oil), soaps in the bathroom, games cupboard, spare towels and sheets). The location of the apartment was ideal with there being a bakery, convince shop and beach under a 5 min walk away! Overall more than happy with our stay in a beautiful, peaceful place 😌 Would definitely recommend! Thanks Gabe 😀

We had a great time. The apartment is spacious and stocked very well for a short or a long stay. It’s like home away from home. Close to the beach, bakery, supermarket, shops. Saronida is a very walkable town. Sofia was very responsive and helped us with all our questions and all requests (we are typically not that demanding!) so it was very much appreciated, especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The only thing that takes get used to is that most of Attica’s shoreline has the main road so if you want the sea view, you hear the cars. It was not a problem to sleep due to the double windows and little traffic at night but I am sensitive to the noise and it took time to get used to when enjoying the beach or the balcony during the day.

i had the best stay ! i will see the location is perfect and its right by the beach and nice restaurants in the area. great host too! would love to stay again :)
