From the outset, communication with Evan was seamless—he was prompt, welcoming, and provided insightful local recommendations that made booking with him feel effortless. The apartment is a gem—a charming loft full of character. Its location is ideal: just off a main road, a short walk to the Metro, and not far from the lively backstreets filled with fantastic bars and restaurants. Since it was spring, the area came alive in the evenings, creating an amazing atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the Sunday markets nearby, and there are a couple of small supermarkets close for anything you might need. For first-time visitors to Paris like myself, I highly recommend downloading the Metro app—it’s the easiest way to purchase and store tickets on your iPhone. Getting around the city was effortless, with the Metro providing quick access to all the major attractions. If you're looking for a unique, spotless, and well-equipped place with real personality, Evan’s apartment is the perfect choice.

El apartamento está muy bien. Tiene todas las comodidades y está completamente equipado (hervidor, cafetera, utensilios para cocinar, mantas, etc), y es tal y como se muestra en las fotos. La cama era cómoda y el baño funcionaba muy bien. Además, tenía muchos detalles: nos dejaron té, café, unos dulces y agua. La única pega es que en el dormitorio la cortina no bloqueaba nada de luz y que el check in es tarde (16h) y el check out pronto (10h).

Bardzo dobre miejsce wypadowe, nic wiecej nie potrzeba. Mała łazienka, standard w Paryżu, mały prysznic więc osoby powyżej 110kg mogą mieć problem. Uwaga! bardzo gorąca woda. A tak to ok. Spać, prysznic i zwiedzać. Paryż jest przepiękny.

Séjour très agréable. Les hôtes ont été très réactifs et disponibles, répondant rapidement à nos messages. L’appartement est joli, propre, fonctionnel, et conforme à la description. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Great Location Eliav is an amazing host. Always proactive and available for any questions. Location is in prime areas in Paris with metro system all close to the location. Also very walkable to also all attractions in the city. Perfect Sky view of the city. Top roof view with glass open windows Amazing lighting!!! Overall It’s a hidden gem with all the professionalism provided.

Chouette appartement. Facile d’accès, proche de tout.

Endroit parfait pour visiter les environs. Appartement parfaitement adapté pour les personnes à mobilité réduite et en fauteuils roulant. Malgré le Tramway qui est tout près, aucune vibration, et malgré les gens qui s’y rendent, très intime quand même dû à la fenêtre traitée comme un miroir. Très drôle le matin, de voir les gens retoucher leur cheveux, vérifier leur maquillage et ce sans qu’il nous voient! Je recommande cet appartement

Great accommodation in beautiful surroundings. We were on a bike trip and it was easy to park the bikes in the shed connected to the house. The cherries from the tree were tasty!

Nous avons passé un super week-end, la maison est super, l’endroit est magnifique.

Fantastisch verblijf in een prachtige omgeving We verbleven drie dagen in dit mooie huis in Langemark-Poelkappelle, vlak bij Ieper, als uitvalsbasis voor een fietsweekend met vrienden in het Heuvelland. Het huis overtrof onze verwachtingen: erg mooi ingericht, zeer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden lagen uitstekend en de badkamers waren modern en ruim. De host was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en we werden persoonlijk ontvangen, wat meteen een warm welkom gaf. Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld. We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf en raden deze plek dan ook van harte aan. Een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor wie van fietsen, natuur en comfort houdt. We komen hier graag nog eens terug!

We stayed for one night. I like the place and also the location in general. Everything was squeaky clean (and we did hoover and clean kitchen and living room before leaving and brought out trash from all waste-paper baskets as required). It is spacey and well lit, two storeys (with sleeping quarters upstairs). High ceilings and a huge fireplace are a plus. There are only three minor quirks: The place is right opposite to a train station. In the morning, from 5am trains hollered several times before passing. You don't need an alarm clock, given you want to be awake at 5am. The other thing is a 70€ cleaning fee regardless of the duration of the stay and the number of people. We were only two persons, staying only one night (and quite cleanly, leaving everything as nice as we found it). We would have loved to use the furnace, but this is restricted to Henk's burning material and we got no answer on pour request to buy some from him. Wat een prachtig en gezellig huis met tuin en op zo’n rustige plek. De vogeltjes kwetterden vrolijk in de tuin. Christiane en Luc stonden ons op te wachten, ookal waren we wat later dan gepland en ze hadden speciaal voor onze aankomst de jacuzzi opgewarmd. Het hele huis werd uitvoerig getoond en alles uitgelegd. Het huis was een ok van alle gemakken voorzien! Overal was aan gedacht! Ook de jeu de boule in de tuin is erg leuk en je kunt ook heerlijk buiten zitten. Ook leuk dat er een paar spelletjes in het huis liggen en wandelkaarten. Christiane en Luc zijn erg gastvrij en zijn erg bereid om langs te komen om met iets te helpen als dat nodig is! We komen graag nog eens terug!

Reeds het derde jaar op rij dat we in dit huis verblijven voor een verlengd weekend. Zoals elk jaar was het huis weer piekfijn in orde, en stond Linda & Peter steeds paraat om ons te helpen. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Colette fue muy amable indicándonos lo que se podía hacer en Brujas con mapas, libro de su historia etc. La casa estaba muy bien ubicada y la habitación y el baño eran geniales.

Gut gelegen direkt am Strand, der Blick ist wunderschön. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es ist ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Miekes Anweisungen waren sehr detailliert und klar.

Lovely and spacious place at an amazing and lively location full of bars and restaurants. The place itself is very quiet because it’s inside a yard and it’s well protected from the noisy streets. Agnes was very welcoming and helpful. We did a late check in and were able to leave our suitcases longer after the checkout which really improved our last day of the stay. Un grand merci

Wij hebben hard genoten van ons weekendje Limburg in ‘den Hooyzolder’. Paul & Diantha zijn ontzettend gastvrij en hebben veel kennis van de omgeving die ze graag delen met hun gasten. De hoeve beschikt over een prachtige grote tuin waar vruchten geplukt kunnen worden. De kamers zijn zeer comfortabel en mooi ingericht. Ook de slaapbank is zeer comfortabel. Een echte aanrader !
