Vacation rentals with a pool in Théza

The house is large, sparkling clean and nicely decorated. The equipment is very complete, nothing is missing. The center of Perpignan is about 20 minutes walk. The swimming pool is not very large but does provide a pleasant coolness.

Elisabeth and her spouse are very welcoming hosts. Various small touches were present upon arrival. The possibility of using the pool and outdoor kitchen at our convenience is very appreciable, especially in times of high heat. The only small negative point is the lack of wifi.

The Airbnb we needed for this weekend. It met all the criteria and more (absolutely incredible and relaxing place, many possible activities: swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool, darts, barbecue, etc.) We will come back without hesitation! Thank you for everything

We spent a few days disconnected in a wonderfully maintained place. Every detail of the space conveys calm and dedication, which made it very difficult to return to the city. The host family was charming and helpful at all times. A totally recommended experience. We would 100% go back!

We had a beautiful week stay at Graham and Jeanette's home. The kitchen and common areas are well appointed and comfortable, and we loved the design of the house and outdoor /pool area. The views of Lagrasse are stunning. We could have spent another week enjoying the house and the fantastic village!

10 stars, if I could possibly give them! We had the best time at this stunning house - it is identical to the pictures and everything was perfect for our family vacation! From USA - 4 adults, 3 young kids 7,6,4.5 and an infant, 15m. We felt like we had plenty of room by opening up the couch in the bedroom and opening up the sofa in the living to create even more areas to sleep. We spent so much time outside, we never felt cramped even with everybody inside on rainy days! All your essentials are there and there’s an ALDI, 4 minutes away… Lidl is about 8min away. Beach is 10 minute drive and there is free parking or you can pay to park with no hassle —- we chose this option as it was easy and only a few euros. I’ve never had such responsive hosts —- I sent a message and had a response with 2 minutes. When we ran into any issue or had question, they fixed it immediately with kindness. I cannot say enough about our stay, it was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend!!

Communication with Helene was as good as it gets. She met us at the apartment and made sure we were settled in. She got back to us immediately when we had small issues or questions. And she met us upon checkout to make sure that went smoothly. The space is a bit smaller than expected, though I believe the size was stated exactly in the listing. It was incredibly clean and had everything we could need. And the balcony was nicer and had a better view of the saltmarsh than we expected. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the apartment worked well. The location, while not right by anything you would want to visit, is centrally located for all the things you might want to visit. Having the bikes completely made the trip and made accessing all areas, including the town, the beaches, and the saltmarsh, easy and pleasurable.

We spent a lovely few days at Anne-Cécile's beautiful flat in Collioure. The view from the balcony was picture-perfect. The flat is well situated within easy walking distance of the centre of Collioure, beaches and restaurants. It is also a great base if you fancy a hike in the hills above Collioure. We didn't want to leave :)

I had a great time at Jeanine and Astrid's apartment. ☀️ The lagoon view is superb. Access to the beach and pool 2 minutes away was very much appreciated ✨ Jeanine and Astrid were very responsive and available (their absence was not a problem at all) The concierge is also very available and someone was there to welcome and be present if needed It was a real pleasure!

Very nice apartment, in a quiet residence, with swimming pool and tennis court, very well equipped. 5-minute drive to the beach. Self check-in and very clear instructions for accessing the accommodation.

Collioure is a lively and historic town, absolutely worth visiting. If looking for beaches the next town along , Argeles-sur-Met (short drive) offers a huge beach and all that goes with it. Accommodation is cozy best suited to a couple. Lovely views, quiet area and only 15 min walk into the town. Marie was very welcoming.

a great family stay in a beautiful setting, lots of activities to do, walks around the marina or visiting the surrounding towns and villages. The apartment is very nice, the terrace is very convenient with superb views of the marina. a ++++ for amenities and bedding we discovered a very beautiful region and we will definitely be back

The rented house has exceeded expectations, clean, tidy, easy location, now in the quiet and comfortable winter. We had a very pleasant stay.

Great stay at Maria Dolores's place. The house has been renovated and tastefully decorated with respect for its history, it has a lot of charm, while being very functional and is located in a peaceful and very pretty village in the countryside and close to the beaches. The accommodation, the swimming pool and the services (sheets, towels, toiletries, bedding...) are of very high quality. Everything is designed for our comfort and remarkably clean. My family and I stayed here for 10days in mid June. The Villa was lovely, very spacious and airy and peaceful. It was great having the pool and lovely garden (despite the mosquitos who loved our Irish blood unfortunately!) and the views of the mountains was spectacular. Our host was very accommodating regarding the check-in and checkout times (our flights were a bit awkward) and she was on hand when we thought there was an issue with the pool (there wasn't!). The local town, Saint Genis, was quaint and everyone was very friendly and helpful (we unfortunately had to visit the pharmacy a couple of times). Argeles and Collioure were only 15-20 mins drive away, very easy to get to with loads of nice restaurants to check out and my Dad enjoyed his daily morning swim at the peaceful Plage du Racou. All in all it was a great stay at the Villa. One small note, it would have been nice to have had towels provided for the stay, we bought some in the supermarket. Other than that, perfect!

We loved our 8 person stay at the villa. There was lots of space plus 3 showers. The pool is excellent. Everything you need including a washing machine, microwave, huge fridge. Excellent location a few metres from racou beach. Easy bus into nearby places. Parking secure. Quiet spot.

The house is in a very good location, well maintained and this view is absolutely stunning. The outside is really our favorite (terrace, swimming pool, direct sea view perfectly matches the photos). Host is very available and responsive. We had a problem with the keys and in less than 10 minutes, someone came with a duplicate to let us in! The only negative point would be the multiplication of communication media (emails, Airbnb messaging, WhatsApp, etc.) which made it difficult for me to find certain information. But its a detail! We had a great time and would highly recommend this rental, the value for money is unbeatable

Beautiful villa. We stayed with the entire family for a week, 14 people from 2 to 65 years old. Everyone has each found their activities to meet on the large terrace in the evening.
