Terasta mangal yapılabilir. 1+1 dairemizin salonunda, iki kişinin rahatça uyuyabileceği 140 cm L koltuk bulunur; yatak odasında ise çift kişilik yatak mevcuttur. Talep üzerine beşinci kişi için yer yatağı temin edilebilir. İnternet, klima, televizyon ve temel mutfak ekipmanları mevcuttur.

Girişler 16.00 - Çıkışlar ise 11:00 saatlerinde yapılmaktadır. Önceki ve sonraki günlerde boşluk olması halinde saatler esneyebilir. Evimiz köpekli misafirlerimiz için uygun değildir.
