Everything was impeccable! The house and pool were very clean! Quiet and beautiful surroundings and the view from the balcony of the house ideal for relaxing evenings! The stay was amazing. The house was very clean and totally matched the description. Maria was very helpful and nice. The house is approximately 50km away from Athens, where you can visit archeological sites. It was a great holiday. Thank you, Maria!

Very nice surroundings and the accommodation that covered all our needs. Plus the huge plot with all kinds of trees, the large parking inside the plot and the existence of a barbecue. The host Mr. Giannis and his wife are very polite and very helpful. As observations I can only mention a very old closet in the bedroom, which smelled very bad with the risk of putting your clothes at risk of getting dirty.

We stayed in this lovely house in August 15-18. We were two families 8 people in total. The house had a great view,good location,comfortable spaces and nice coolness in the evening. The kitchen equipped with everything you wanted. Large refrigerator (basic for so many people). Mr. Ilias was helpful from the first moment until we left. Thank you very much and we hope to visit your place again.

Beautiful house with absolutely spectacular views. The private swimming pool was also a big hit with my family. Serafeim is a fantastic host and very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The gravel roads on the last few 100 meters to the house can be a little challenging to navigate but drive slow and carefully and you'll be fine. Would highly recommend Serafeim's place.

The house has spectacular views over the city and the sea. The property designed with a great taste for aesthetics, has a resort feeling and a relaxed atmosphere. The bedrooms are on a 5 stars hotel level with private bathrooms in almost every room. The house has a lot of options and corners to relax and read a book, we also had nice breakfasts and family dinners on the terrace and sat together near the fire in the evening. Konstantinos was a wonderful host, that made us feel right at home with nice recommendations and great attitude. I would highly recommend this place for a chil Greece vacation.

Excellent location that you can combine with villa leon if you want to host a big group. Great view, lot of space. Excellent for 3 families with teens for example. They have their private place downstairs! Super pool. And Christina is superresponsive and helpful to find services close by! I really advise !

Our stay at Theologos was amazing. The views do not disappoint and the villa is stunning. Modern, clean and comfortable. The hosts were flexible and helpful, allowing us the best stay possible. Sunrise and sunset through the windows are amazing.

Excellent Stays at Georgios place. Very well equipped. Excellent pool and view. Chalkida is about 20min drive. Lots of space and locations where we can enjoy the views and rest. Small beach accessible through a private path.

The Villa was amazing! So immaculate and spacious, the view was spectacular , everything we needed was there. Gina was the best host, from the moment she met us there to the moment she saw us off, she made us feel so welcome and at home. We were a party of 9 with two younger children and teenagers, that there was plenty for all of them to do. The swimming pool, games, table tennis, foosball. Gina is such a kind lady that nothing was too much trouble and she has a great sense of humour. She helped us with booking a boat trip, finding other beaches and activities to do. The villa was in the perfect location, not too far from shops and restaurants in a car, but remote enough you had so much privacy and it was so quiet, we felt so safe and secure in it at all times. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back there. Thank you Gina xx

Lovely holiday home with beautiful views of Evia and the gulf from the infinity pool. Very peaceful location in what feels like true and authentic Greece. We only encountered other Greeks on holiday - appealing! Spacious, well furnished and well equipped, clean villa with plenty of outside shaded areas. Georgios is a responsive, proactive and generous host, providing a large welcome pack of drinks and variety of snacks as well as giving great local recommendations for excellent tavernas, good beaches and excursions, and checking we had everything we needed. Easy drive from Athens. Mr Nikos was there to meet us for check in/check out, and available if needed for anything during our stay. St John's beach is only a 5 minute drive away. Theologos for a small supermarket/bakeries 7-8 mins drive or Malesina for a larger supermarket with great selection of fish about 15 mins drive. Our family all enjoyed the holiday and would be happy to stay again.

A Dream Villa in Eretria Our stay at this beautiful villa in Eretria was truly unforgettable. The house, built by the host’s grandfather, is full of history and charm – you can feel the love and care in every detail. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious, and felt like a true home from the moment we arrived. Just steps from the sea and (Stavros’ Cantina) where we swam every day in crystal-clear water. As a group of 9 friends, we had plenty of room to relax, cook, and enjoy long evenings together. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, sharing the story of the villa and making sure we had everything we needed. This is more than just a holiday home – it’s a special place with a heart. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

Great place for a relaxing vacation with family or friends! It helps you unwind. Our group of 6 had 2 apartments (2br & 1br), both with access to the lovely terrace overlooking the pool. Highlights: Clean house and well-stocked kitchen (spices, coffee etc). The pool and garden are very well-maintained. The pool is super clean. The beach is just a few feet away -clean, naturally shaded, and feels private. Christina is generous, super-responsive, and ready to address issues. We had an electricity issue and a malfunctioning AC -former was resolved within hours of our checkin (wow!), latter within a couple of days. Lastly, grocery stores & restaurants are within a 10’ drive. Only (minor) surprise: Given the private setup, we were simply not expecting neighbors, or them being constantly on their terrace, within a few feet from ours. Must have been an exception, given other reviews. Everything is as shown in the pics, or better! I highly recommend this house and would happily return!

Absolutely fantastic home! The photos do not do the place justice. The home (It’s a duplex, we used one of the two units) is brand new, super clean, private, secure and easy to feel at home. Immediately across the small, non busy street, is a pristine beach/cove that is perfect for wading or swimming. Can’t forget to also mention the most beautiful private swimming pool on the property. Superb communication and super accommodating to anything and everything we asked/ requested - Great hosts!! Hands down, the BEST Air BNB experience ever had… Can’t wait to visit again, next time longer!! THANK YOU!!

We made the gender disclosure of our baby with families and best men. Great location, beautiful views , greenery peace and quiet !! We were comfortable in terms of noise (due to children). Very helpful host, lived next door and always discreetly asked if we were ok and we needed something!!! Perfect for large groups!!

The house is ideal for large groups or families. We were a group of 10 people and we enjoyed it very much. Very nice house with large spaces and in a very quiet location. Large barbecue with poolside table for anyone who wants to grill and fully equipped. Generally, we had no problem and the host made it clear from the first moment that he was willing to help with anything we needed.

Wow! I have no words to describe Vasiliki, she is absolutely exceptional! She cooked a full 3 course meal for us when we arrived, she set a table for dinner, there was lemonade, wine, water she thought of everything. Generally around the house Vasiliki thought of everything, nothing was missing. The house itself is amazing, personally I don’t think the pictures do it justice, you cannot capture the beauty and the attention to detail Vasiliki has paid to it. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to wildfire in Varnavas but we will definitely be back and I cannot wait to see Vasiliki again. Beautiful lady, beautiful house and very soon the nature will regenerate itself and the surroundings will be beautiful again! Take care of yourself Vasiliki ♥️

The house was wonderful, clean and comfortable. Antonis was great, very kind & helpful! The outside space with the pool was fantastic. Overall the house was ideal for having a great time with our kids and our friends. We will definitely choose it again! Thank you 😀
