Layout of a cottage for 4 people , under attic in our longhouse of "la ferme du château", stone farmhouse located on 1 hour. Two bedrooms with a 140 cm bed and a 160 cm bed, and space for 2 additional people (fold-out bed in the living room: low ceiling). (Additional charge of €10/night for more than 5 people.) Free baby kit. Overnight stay for €70, minimum 2 nights + €1.10/tourist tax/adult. Cleaning not included (€30 extra if desired) + €10/bed made tranquility and a change of scenery guaranteed.

In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My place is quiet in the middle of nature with horses, nice view of the setting sun. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 min. from Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 mins away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, the Côte de Jade. Renovated in an original way.

GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Studio at the Château de la Cineraye

The studio, comprising a bedroom (beds made), bathroom (shower and sink, towels provided), kitchenette (electric stove and microwave oven) and toilet, is located on the first floor of a castle (15th and 18th century) in a quiet, floral and wooded environment, 1 km from the village by a private forest path.
