It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Located in the heart of Leederville and close to the CBD this cozy studio apartment is the perfect getaway. Our home is only 8 km from Perth City centre, ( 3 min walk to local direct bus), only 11km from our beautiful beaches, 14km to the world famous Swan valley and only 12km to Perth Airport.

I have poured my energy into creating a comfortable and peaceful retreat style stay. Fully self contained with double bed Outside but undercover shower, toilet and kitchenette. Surrounded by grass and vertical garden in the outdoor space making it cosy and relaxing. Only 15 minutes to the CBD, Optus Stadium and Crown Casino. Sorry no longer accepting pets.

Your own very private area includes a beautiful Bedroom, Lounge with microwave, fridge and kettle and Bathroom all overlook the pool. This space is downstairs which is quite separate from the main house. Please note we live upstairs but all of downstairs area is yours except the laundry is shared.

Adults only - our one bedroom apartment provides all amenities and is about 5km from Perth CBD. There's easy access to the freeway. Subiaco or Leederville shopping and restaurants are a mere 5 minutes away. It's a small hop, skip 'n jump to Cottesloe or City Beach.
