A very good apartment! A beautiful balcony. A couple of blocks from the beach, you walk, it has chairs and an umbrella. If you go by car, it has parking. The guys at the front desk are super friendly!! They let us check in early! They respond right away, which is very good !!!!!! Thank you! Excellent stay!!!

I loved the penthouse, everything was clean and organized, excellent location, right in front of the beach, the condominium is luxurious, with a swimming pool, game room and no bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra, from the first moment I thought about renting, cleared up all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had any more questions, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational, only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

Excellent experience. The trip was great because of the beautiful beaches of Arraial, but also because of the great stay I had. Whenever I visit Arraial, I will give preference to this accommodation. In addition, Marli was always helpful and attentive.

The condominium is in a beautiful area of the Araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. It has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to meet our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

The apartment is impeccable, everything is wonderful, super well equipped, clean, we love it very much! It has a backyard, which was perfect for our dogs. It has a market and restaurant next door and is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. UPSTAIRS THERE WAS A ROOM WITH ITS OWN PRIVATE BATHROOM. THE COMPLEX HAD A POOL, GYM, GAMES, A VERY COMPLETE AND VERY BEAUTIFUL SAUNA TO RECOMMEND. EXCELLENT STAY AND SERVICE AT THE COMPLEX. WE HAD GONZALO, WHO STAYED WITH US FOR 7 DAYS. ON THE FIFTH DAY, WE ASKED HIM FOR AN EXTRA SET OF TOWELS. HIS SERVICE WAS 10 POINTS. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING. WE'LL BE BACK.

The apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well-equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to the ones downtown you have to have a car or go by Uber.

We stayed for 3 nights, the apartment matches exactly the descriptions and photos presented in the listing, it is very complete. The host is extremely attentive, responds super fast, and makes check-in and check-out flexible to help us, and even left a treat. It is close to Praia do Sol and Praia do Sudoeste. The kitchen is complete and has all the necessary utensils (plates, cutlery, pots, microwave, etc.). In the living room there is a TV, and right on the balcony there is a very relaxing hammock. The bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, comfortable beds and bedding (sheets and fluffy duvet), a dresser and hangers. In general, the access to the apartment is by stairs (a few), it has Wi-Fi, it is safe, it has a shower with hot water and towels. Ahh, the condominium is very pleasant, it has a game room, swimming pool, gym, sauna and a part for children to play and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it!!!!

Great location, with excellent sea views and easy access to restaurants, pharmacies, the market and the dock to visit other beaches. The apartment was clean, organized, with everything you need for a quiet stay. The condominium facilities were good. We were greeted by a very friendly employee, who answered all our questions. Only the check-in was not as we expected, since we went by taxi to the condominium and it was not allowed to enter to leave us closer to the building, so we had to drag the suitcases to the apartment from the entrance of the condominium. Other than that, it was a good stay, I recommend it.
