This newly renovated apartment is located right by the Prainha beach. The place was very clean and safe, the host was very accommodating and all the procedures of checking in and out were very smooth. Beds were great, appliances were brand new. 5 stars, will be back!

The place is wonderful, identical to the photos in the listing, everything is very neat and clean, the only issue we had was when we arrived that the air controls had no battery and just above the apartment they were doing construction work. You have to consider that the place is far from downtown Buzios, so if you don't go by car, Uber trips (which do arrive at the Airbnb) are more than 25 minutes. But everything else was wonderful, the place had a small market with basic things in case you were missing something. I'd be happy to come back

The apartment is wonderful, just like and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with impeccable tidiness and cleanliness, check-in and check-out without bureaucracy, super friendly staff, the location is more than perfect, a jump from the beach (famous Pé na Areia), shops, markets, ! The host is 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answer all questions quickly! We love our stay in the city, we'll come back more often for sure!”

I was recently on site and the experience was wonderful! Everything is very clean and organized, from the environment itself to the city as a whole. The decor is impeccable, with every detail thought out in very good taste. I was very well taken care of throughout the stay, which made all the difference. The location is also excellent, we can walk to the beaches, including Praia Grande and Prainha. In addition, there is everything nearby: a market, bakery, drugstore, and even a wonderful ice cream shop right next door, not to mention a very convenient beverage store. The tours leave from the beach in front, which makes it much easier. The city surprises you with its cleanliness and organization. At times, it even seemed like we were in another country, such was the presence of foreign tourists. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Everything was impeccable. The apartment is comfortable, conveniently located, very well equipped and best of all, it was impeccable. Marcia and Oscar are super friendly. While the beach in front is not the best, the apartment is conveniently located for access to boats and other nearby beaches. We loved it! We felt right at home. I recommend it 100%!

New and clean apartment, exactly matches the photos of the listing. New clean and quality bedding, bath, cookware and barbecue utensils. The balcony of the apartment has a beautiful sea view and is extremely pleasant. Mab responds quickly and Veronica, who received us is friendly and proactive. Super recommend the apartment!!!

The apartment is SPECTACULAR! The location, the view, the space. Everything is comfortable and effective. The beds are very comfortable! The only thing is that you have to climb a lot of stairs to get there. For us it was not a problem, but maybe someone older cannot do it. Highly recommended!!

Our stay was wonderful, the view is incredible. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacies and even the emergency room nearby (I needed to use it)… Apartment as in the photos… Clean, airy… I'll be back more often!

Our stay at André's apartment was spectacular. From the first moment, their predisposition and kindness made a difference.
