Vacation rentals with breakfast in The Hamptons

I had a wonderful stay in July. The house is well-located between Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor. it is very clean and furnished nicely. The back yard and pool are sheltered and beautiful. The owners were very helpful and responsive.

Really enjoyed our stay! Bob and Joan are delightful, helpful and very responsive. Their home is comfortable, clean, and great for families!

I came to Stratford to attend a nearby graduation ceremony. The house was a perfect location, close to everything (I highly recommend The Whiskey Barrel). There was even a small playground/pond right around the corner . When I arrived to the home, check-in was a breeze. He provided us with complimentary drinks and snacks which was a nice surprise after a long drive. My 9 year old son approved of the book selection. Durresamin also decorated the kitchen island to celebrate my graduation!!!! The place was spotless! We enjoyed our stay, Thanks

Very close to the beach, the house is well equipped with everything you might need. The owners leave easy instructions so you do not have any doubt.

A lovely, updated ranch house with extra rooms in the basement and a spacious back deck and yard. The house is so close to the beach, quiet and secluded.

I usually only stay with Superhosts but made an exception this time, since the place seemed so beautiful. 0 regrets. I am sure these folks will be Superhosts in no time. First - this place was CLEAN. The towels smelled fresh, the linens were clean, there wasn’t a lot of dust. Way better than most Airbnbs. The bed was comfortable too! Second - this is an outdoor paradise. The hosts gave instructions for the fire pit, even allowed us to use their fire wood. The outdoor fountains are so relaxing, and the VIEW is breathtaking. The furniture outside is well cared for and everything has covers so it stays dry and clean. You can hear the waves and watch the water all day from the deck, dining room, living room, or even the main bedroom. I spent a lot of time watching birds on the water with the binoculars! There are neighbors but at a distance so it’s private and quiet. This place is a slice of heaven and the hosts are absolutely wonderful. I will 100% rent again. ❤️

Beautiful place, tastefully decorated, well situated (walking distance to town), beautiful backyard and pool. It was a perfect weekend for my family! Romain was very communicative throughout and made the process easy, pleasant and convenient. Will be back!

Sandy, the owner, is very accommodating and tries to make your visit enjoyable. The bed is very comfortable. And there is a rack for your clothes which is helpful. The parking was fine. I am 74yrs old and had no problems. Enjoy yourself at Sandy’s.

We really enjoyed staying in the barn room at the Candle Lite Inn on Shelter Island. The room was small but well appointed. It was perfect for a long weekend. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast facilities was really nice and well provided for. The inn was really well located for cycling and all the lovely beaches on Shelter Island. It reminded us of a European BnB, simple but comfortable.

Mary Ann’s home is a beautiful gem in the right spot. Perfect for birding, a short walk to the beach, or a quick drive to the wineries. Mary Ann was respectful of our privacy, was great at communicating, & always kept us in the loop. She is the ideal hostess & I would definitely recommend her place. We had a fantastic time.

A great character property and a perfect place to stay and experience Bridgeport. Bob is a great representative of the area and has filled his space with a treasure trove of information about the area's rich history . His apartment is spacious yet every corner of it is filled with something of interest...either about the area, or just generally cool things. Bridgeport's history is pretty fascinating and worthy of discovery and Bob's place is located in a perfect area to get a taste of it. We spent a great day in Black Rock which is a hip area but like Bridgeport itself doesn't have any pretension about it. If you like the beach (like us) there are alot of options in the area... we took a healthy hour long drive out out to New London (Ocean Park Beach) and had a great day... the local beaches are there in Bridgeport too but we knew what we wanted and made the drive to New London to see more of the area. Nearby Fairfield and Wesport are also cool spots to hang out in and the summer night life did not disappoint in those areas. Highly recommend Bob's place as a great base to enjoy the area.

What a perfect spot in Shelter Island! Beth and team were amazing - we were visiting one night for a wedding on the island and the ceremony was at 2 PM the day we were arriving. I messaged Beth and she was extremely helpful with providing early check in to ensure we could get ready prior to the event! The actual B&B is beautiful - fantastic design, super clean, cool art and the backyard area with the pool is so dreamy. There is even a little workout area near the pool with a Peloton and a Lululemon mirror. Its a short drive from the North ferry, lots of restaurants and cafes and only a short walk to the beautiful Crescent beach. It is such a serene setting and I truly feel like I am on vacation.The room was beautiful and the bed was comfy, I am OBSESSED with the hand soap and have to find it for myself because it smells SO GOOD! I would 100000% recommend staying here and I will definitely be back!

Adrianna was very helpful with a mistake I made on my reservation- she accommodated me with another room . She really tried to help and I appreciated that- Check-in was smooth and checkout was even smoother. Great place - Front desk staff were super friendly. We had an amazing stay at Jayne's home. She is a very friendly and accommodating host who makes you feel at home. We got a lot of helpful local tips and even got to meet some of her friends one evening. The house packs a lot of history and is an aesthetic work of art, curation and dedication. The garden is equally picturesque and perfect for breakfast and relaxing. We felt the amenities were great too. Fresh breakfast (and a pie!) served in the morning, BBQ grill and firepit for a relaxing night to stay in, and bicycles for exploring the town and beaches all made our stay very convenient and seamless. Thanks!

One of the best kept secrets in the Hamptons. Picturesque water view setting yet convenient to all the hamlets and village attractions . Monika is a fantastic host!

Absolutely loved staying at the Oceanview Terrace this Easter weekend! Adriana and Yanni were fabulous, very friendly and responsive. The location was great, loved the cottage I was on, overlooking the Shinnecock Bay. Minutes outside of Southampton and other great local restaurants and shops. Very clean and I slept like a baby in the beautiful King bed with fresh linens with the best pillows lol!! I will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends & families.

Wir haben 3 Tage in dem Cottage verbracht. Es war wunderbar. Das kleine Haus ist ausgesprochen schön und sehr cosy eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet und der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit vielen leckeren lokalen Produkten und auch Getränken, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Es war alles vorhanden, was man sich nur wünschen konnte. Das Bett war sehr bequem und auch im Badezimmer gab es alles, was man braucht. Flauschige Handtücher und sogar Bademäntel waren vorhanden. Die Lage des Hauses, mitten in diesem großen Garten und direkt am See, war toll. Vom schönen Wohnzimmer aus hatte man einen direkten Blick auf den See. Die Gastgeberin war sehr offen und freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten eine wirklich eine tolle Zeit hier und werden das Haus ganz sicher wieder buchen, wenn wir noch einmal in der Gegend sind.

Dale’s place was great. I had a wedding to attend in East Hampton, and this was a perfect crash-pad between wedding events. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and he provided us with much needed coffee, tea, yogurt and fruit for our mornings. Check in was simple and he communicated well. Definitely recommend!
