You want to stay here. The Sandstone Cottage has an exceptional view and an ideal location. The dwelling is well maintained, very clean and perfectly serviced. Being able to use the provided water toys and kayaks was a bonus for our kids. We found the Sandstone Cottage to be comfortable because of how familiar everything was to us, and convenient because of how the space was so sensibly laid out. There is beauty inside and outside of this house. It rocks.

Our stay at the Redhead Beach House was fantastic. The house itself was well designed, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We were welcomed with a platter and wine waiting for us and everything was well stocked and easy to find. Great selection of board games, table tennis and arcade game meant there was plenty to do when we were at the house. The area was beautiful and quiet. A great beach over the road - both our 11 year old daughter and our dog loved it! Overall, I would highly recommend. Thank you Natalie and Collin for your hospitality.

Our overnight stay at Liz and Larry’s cabin was perfect for our needs with other family members joining us in Patonga for the long weekend to celebrate my 75th birthday. It was ideally located for us all to meet at The Boat House for breakfast and dinner. The creek behind is very pretty and the bush walks very accessible. We really enjoyed our stay

Perfect for walking to everything in the local area, the beach, restaurants, clubs and bars along the strip where basically at your front door yet you are still private enough for it to be very restful when needed. Lovely little find and an extra bonus for our cute daily visits from the resident dog. Thanks for hosting.

This is the second time we’ve visited Paul’s place and hopefully they’ll be another. It’s a quintessential Australian coast house, full of character and warmth. The beach is across the road and you fall asleep with the sound of the ocean. Heaven! Great back yard, everything you need and Paul is a 10 out of 10 host!

What an amazing place to stay with family, the apartment is so beautifully decorated with attention to detail and very clean. The rooftop jacuzzi with amazing views is truly remarkable! My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The layout was thoughtfully designed and we especially loved the rustic charm of the bed and bathroom which created such a warm, cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, the beach accessible from the back gate of the property and although the weather was chilly, we still enjoyed a lovely picnic down there. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway!

It’s family friendly private and a beautiful get away to do with family and friends. The beach is a 5-10 min walk with beautiful sunsets , the house was amazing plenty of rooms and individual toilets and bathrooms close to the rooms. Pool was amazing. Heated and the spa was the extra cherry on top. Would recommend 100%

The apartment is in a great location overlooking the lake. There were fabulous sunsets whilst we were there. It was a spacious 2 bedded apartment. We picked this place because of the provided travel cot and high chair as we had a 1 year old with us. It was perfect for our stay over Easter. There is a new playground in the park adjacent to the apartment which we could see from the balcony. We used the balcony in the evening to play games and the outside light gave a great ambience. The only disappointment was the pool area, to access you had to go through the garbage store. It was also very cold and too dead for the little one but we did manage a bit of a splash around

We had a great stay at Russell’s accommodation. It was comfortable, spotless and stylish. Only 5 minutes drive to Avoca beach. Russel is s a great host, always responsive and flexible. We were made feel welcome with little extras, like hot cross buns and Easter eggs. Beach towels also were very convenient. We would recommend Russell’s place to anyone wanting accommodation near Avoca Beach

I have wanted to stay here for my years and even with all the anticipation and my very very high expectations- it was far better than I had imagined 😍 Magic in every corner and no detail too small that it wasn’t thought of! Little black shack isn’t just a stay it’s a full experience from start to finish.

Good communication overall, very nice apartment, a little more obvious display that scaffolding would be covering our ENTIRE view, would’ve been appreciated, but no regrets with the booking

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay over the weekend. The room was clean, and premises well kept. The bedroom and beds are comfortable and spacious. The backyard s large and secure for our pups to play in and it’s a short walk to the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful providing us a guide to great local food. My family of four and our pups had a great holiday weekend here and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to others. 10/10 would visit and stay again.

It was our second time staying at Ross’s place in context of a family vacation with grandparents, my toddler and a baby. We had a great time and love the view from the terrace. Three toilets/bathrooms is a plus. Kitchen is well equipped and the place didn’t feel crowded. Patonga is a beautiful place for a getaway.

Louise was a wonderful host, very responsive and friendly. The place was spotless and impeccably clean, peaceful, and a joy to stay in. The surrounding area is beautiful with many places to explore. I highly recommend this place; it felt like home. Thank you again Louise!

Thoroughly enjoyed our short break at Kevin's immaculate holiday home. Description and photos prepared us for a delightful home and we were not disappointed. The kitchen was very well-equipped, beds were comfy and there was lots of room, so we weren't tripping over each other. Fabulous outdoor area to sit and watch the surf. No swimming at this beach, which didn't worry us as enough fun was had walking and playing in the sand. We would gladly stay in Kevin's home again and highly recommend it. Rosalie
