You want to stay here. The Sandstone Cottage has an exceptional view and an ideal location. The dwelling is well maintained, very clean and perfectly serviced. Being able to use the provided water toys and kayaks was a bonus for our kids. We found the Sandstone Cottage to be comfortable because of how familiar everything was to us, and convenient because of how the space was so sensibly laid out. There is beauty inside and outside of this house. It rocks.

Great place to stay for a long weekend!

caves beach is absolutely beautiful and the Williams house is in a perfect location. Two beaches very close by and walkable and plenty other activities to do in the surrounding. The house is perfectly set up for families with kids and the views are stunning. We actually thought the pictures do not do the views and house justice.

This was a really great place to stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to book there again. It was spotlessly clean, well appointed and centrally located….highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and spending time with family at the beautiful, well appointed Caves Beach House. We enjoyed having breakfast at the deck, looking towards the beach. We also enjoyed walking to Caves restaurant and to Caves Beach from the house. Thank you for hosting us, Sue!

It was our second time staying at Ross’s place in context of a family vacation with grandparents, my toddler and a baby. We had a great time and love the view from the terrace. Three toilets/bathrooms is a plus. Kitchen is well equipped and the place didn’t feel crowded. Patonga is a beautiful place for a getaway.

Thank you Marty & Lindsay for a glorious weekend and warm hospitality. After a few rainy days, it was so lovely to spend the weekend with blue skies overlooking the beach. The Beautiful furnishings matched the coastal feel. Clean tidy. Quiet street. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The Little extras made it special, like speakers we could connect to. An easy TV to use with streaming services. Lovely deck to see the beach. Beautifully styled bedrooms and living areas. Candles throughout that created a warm ambience, as well as long cozy fire. Waking up each morning, able to have a choice of tea, hot chocolate or coffee (pod coffee machine). We didn’t need to leave. Yummy pizza was delivered within 20 mins. Would definitely come back 🩷🩷🩷

Such a gorgeous property, in a great location. The Kim, Steve and Danielle are amazing, extremely helpful and kind. They helped us out massively when other accommodation was cancelled at last minute, and even were so kind as to surprise us with a cake. Would highly recommend a stay at Bula Blue!

Jake's house is amazing. We loved our stay at Jake's place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely house in a lovely location. The pool and outside area are a wonderful addition as is the open living space that is great for a big family or a group of friends. Our group was so happy with the house and really enjoyed it. I highly recommend Jake and his property.

We had a great weekend away at the Ahara House! The property was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The location was convenient, and the home was ideal for our large group. The heated pool, sauna, and fire pit were perfect for the winter season and made our stay even more enjoyable. Also, the host was excellent — great communication and helpful local recommendations. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Daniel and Sasha’s property in Picketts Valley, what a gorgeous home it is. Everything is just like the photos. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. With a large family catch up, their place had plenty of space and so much to do for the kids. Apart from the kids swimming in the heated pool and feeding the cutest little ponies every day, the bottom level of the house is a kids playroom. With something to do for all ages. The kids were so entertained. We are a family who love to cook, so the kitchen was fabulous. Lots of boards for a grazing table and a glass of wine in the afternoon watching the sunset with beautiful views. We appreciated the attention to detail and the simple things provided by Daniel and Sasha that made our stay really relaxing. We will be booking with them again. Thanks for making our 4 day break so enjoyable!

Wonderful holiday home and host. We had a fab time. The home is Super close to beach with a short easy walk, and nestled in a quiet pocket. It’s just minutes walk to the surf club cafe or Avoca and Terrigal restaurants and shops by car. The home is well designed and thoughtfully equipped, I was able to host my Martha Stewart inspired luncheon! Beds were comfy and the bathrooms spacious. Entertainment was endless with board games, pool and table tennis plus tv streaming. Highly recommend for a family or group of friends. Adrian the gracious host is friendly and quick to communicate. This stay was Airbnb at its best. We’ll be back!

For a family getaway or time with a close group of friends this house delivers in spades. It is well provisioned and beautifully appointed , close to amenities, restaurants and beautiful walks and beaches. There is space to be apart and also together. The host was very easy to communicate with at all times. The whole experience at Casa del Mare was faultless. Thank you for making my birthday so perfect. We would all love to return in the future.

I didn’t want to leave this beautiful home! Waking up to the view of the lagoon and the sound of birds singing was truly magical. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and felt like a peaceful retreat. The welcome goodies were a lovely touch and absolutely delicious. Nathan and Joanne were very responsive and made everything smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place for a restful and nourishing getaway. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautifully decorated and in a great location where you can walk to the beach and numerous cafes and parks. We felt right at home with the comfy bed linen and cosy living space. Highly recommend.

John's place was a perfect weekend getaway for the family. There was plenty of room for a large group, and we used the deck quite a bit. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom, kitchen and living areas were very clean. It wasn't too far to the Budgewoi Hotel which was a lovely hotel for lunch and music in the afternoon. Also not far from the San Remo Park Run if you're interested.

We had a great time for 29th wedding anniversary there. Very clean organised and very hospitable place. We relaxed outside sitting area. We could cook for dinner. She has every tools to cook. Beaches are very close. We would like to come back during summer time.

We had a wonderful and truly relaxing stay at The Perch. Over three days, my mum, sister, 10-year-old niece and I enjoyed this beautiful home with its stunning views. Every moment was special—whether basking in the sun, watching the rain, or enjoying a dramatic lightning show. The house was spotless, the bedding incredibly comfortable, and each room tastefully decorated with stylish touches. Each afternoon, colourful parrots visited us on the balcony, and on our final day, a kookaburra dropped by to say goodbye. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to Copacabana Beach, where you’ll find good coffee, delicious pastries, and great lunch options. Suzy is a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and an excellent communicator. We’d love to return!

Absolutely brilliant place to stay, whether it be with family or friends! Rohan was an amazing host, and helped us out with all of our issues. He was honest and proactive in some tricky situations, and was able to make our stay a peaceful and memorable one. Budgewoi is a great area and the house has a brilliant view of the lake, with wonderful kayaking opportunities. The images provided were pretty accurate. I'd highly recommend visiting here if you're considering it!
